Haldiram's - Bhandara

Haldiram's: a landmark, or even the state brand, of food and snacks. Everyone is familiar with Haldiram's. Its snacks can be found all over the world. I visited the Bhandara (nagpur)branch of the Haldiram's restaurant; the ambiance was good and space were sufficient, and the service was super fast. Posting some images of the restaurant.

Tried the Mysore Masala Dosa at Haldiram's Bhandara and it didn't disappoint. The dosa was crisp and well-roasted, with a flavorful spicy chutney spread inside, giving it that signature Mysore kick. The coconut chutney was creamy and the sambar had a rich, balanced flavor. Overall, a satisfying South Indian experience in a clean, well-maintained setting.

I visited Haldiram recently to buy some Diwali sweets, and it was a delightful experience! The variety of sweets available was impressive, with everything from traditional favorites to unique options. The quality and freshness of the sweets were top-notch. Haldiram never disappoints when it comes to authentic and delicious sweets for special occasions. Highly recommend it for your festive needs!

I want to share an honest review of this restaurant in which we had dinner because we were hungry during our trip. When we entered the Haldiram's the time was around 10:30 PM prior to their closing and ordered the Special Thali but it was just Nothing but like HORRIBLE AND NOTHING ELSE Food - All the food in the Thali was of SUCH SMALL QUANTITY (for such a HEFTY AND HIGH PRICE) and the rice had a strange smell I don't know what the smell was. Our child ate some food but it affected his stomach sometimes later. The paneer was hard and the Dal Makhni was not good i think both of them(Paneer Makhni and Dal Makhni) were made of instant package of theirs. 1/5* Service - While the cleaning staff was diligently doing their work, the service staff's behaviour was not appropriate in the least for the job position they hold. When we ordered the food it took so much time for them to bring the food if it was gettingate for them they should have told us it was the time for closing but no they took order and we waited for the food for like 25 minutes, And we started eating the staff was just looking at our table for us to done eating and be free of work which just show their work ethics. Atmosphere - The atmosphere was clean and fresh but it doesn't justify the servicing staff's behaviour even if the ambience was somewhat good.

Yesterday I bought a cake from Haldirams which turned out to be absolutely bad, its texture was very dry and stale, it was sticky as soon as we cut it, there was a smell coming from the cake and it tasted sour too. I immediately called their call centre and complained but got no solution, I spoke to the store manager, he said that everything we get here is fresh, the expiry date of the cake was 26th February, the cake was pineapple and the box was of white forest. They were asking for proof in that also, so I gave them the proof, now they are not agreeing, I have uploaded the photos clearly. I did not expect this quality from Haldirams.

This is the worst masala dosa I have ever tried. I ordered Crispy Butter Masala dosa and this is what they has served. The dosa is not at all chrispy, no Butter and size is also very small as compared to nagpur's Haldiram.

We visited this haldiram for the first time. Parking facility is good, situated right next to highway, ambience was really good. We wanted to try pizza but it was not available. We ordered burger, French Fries, Sandwich and Chole Bhature. I was surprised to see there was so much oil visible on French Fries and Chole was not as good as the one we get in Nagpur outlet. I told the manager about the taste and quality of food as well. Overall a good place to eat and refresh.

Horrible food! Too much oil, DO NOT eat sabzi or any such combo dish in which sabzi is involved! Ants were roaming on the table, whose pic is also attached. Pic of excessive oil is attached below. Horrible experience!
