Hotel Om's Royal Plaza

This hotel looks nice from the outside. Yoa you may think it's a decent hotel to have food but you will have the worst experience of your life if you enter the hotel first ly on one is there to great you or guide you just go and seat after a long wait some one will come with such a face that you are asking him a food free of cost. They don't even know how to cook the tasty food you will have the same taste from all sabji. The food had no taste so I asked him some lime even they didn't give it i again asked them to be provided with two small pieces of limes means such a horrible hotel. Won't go in future.

One of the worst hotel I have visited in my life. No hygiene maintained in hotel, rooms are very bad, bad room service and washrooms are very dirty.

Worst Service. Toilet are uncleaned. Staff do not take permission to enter the room. AC not at all working properly. Bathroom latches are not there. Some of the rooms main door lock is missing. Our experience was worst and would not at all recommend you. We left for a event and room was locked and keys with us after leaving the Staff entered our room without permission and added a Exost fan We had left our belongings in the room. As we went to Reception they told us to call the manager but managers cellphone is switched off.

This place had its own unique qualities of being extremely colourful. However, they could've improved on their quality of service, and hygiene of their rooms. Along with this we faced other problems such as, their telephone was not working so there was no way to contact the restaurant for food or for any service. Although the service was slow, the food was good. I would recommend the stay only if it's for an emergency purpose or just for a day's stay.

Its on NH 6 near honda bike showroom. When we think about small city like Bhandara, facilities and meal prices are fair enough. They have lodging facility as well, don't know how good it is as never stayed there. Also a celebration hall for 150- 200 people. They provides the catering facility for small parties. It cost approx 40 K for arrangements of 150 people which includes cost of food(veg) and banquet hall.

The hotel rooms are very neat and clean. Service was excellent. Food quality was also very good. The owners were very helpful and took good care of all of us. The place is also conveniently located. Staff was courteous. Overall a good stay at best rates.

Good place to hang out with friends and family. Good food with good service. Ambience is also of best class if you compare to other hotels in Bhandara. Prices are bit high but it is worth for what you get.
