The food was alright, but the waiters had absolutely zero sense of hospitality. It's funny how you get served by these untrained goons. He refused to serve us, and behaved rudely with us.

Food is great. The ambience is great. Very spacious. Great for parties. But the service is slow. The wait time can be high, I understand but the wait time between dishes shouldn't be high. That just is a bad experience because you are eating one thing then waiting 5-10 minutes then eating one thing then waiting. That just kills the appetite.

Overall experience was nice. Few improvements need to be done. 1) Customers seated on 2nd floor Had only 1 waiter for everyone. There were mosquitoes flying. Please use good knight. 2) Dal Tadka needs to be more spicy. Currently the taste be like dal fry=dal tadka. If I am paying extra, so I should get some value. 3) The waiters should ensure that what their customers need. They should serve every time whenever my plate seems empty. Only first serve is not sufficient. 4) I asked the only waiter on 2nd floor about hot water bowl after dinner for washing my hand, he rejected to bring it and told me to wash my hands in basin. This is how you treat your customer. Ensure that everyone gets individual bowls for washing hands. 5) Increase the number of waiters on 2nd floor if there are more tables booked. 6) Make some arrangement for four wheelers parking.

Service is too bad... have to ask multiple times for a single item.. food and ambiance are good.

One of the best pure veg restaurants in town. It has great ambience with air conditioners. Little costlier. Good for family. No parking available for cars. Must try : Veg Saoji & Chaas.
