"Terrible experience at Hotel Gaurav. We were served burnt chicken tikka, and when we politely asked for it to be replaced, the staff flat-out refused. The attitude of the serving staff was shockingly dismissive--they even told us they serve 400 people a day and didn't need more customers! Complete lack of respect and quality service. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for good food or decent hospitality."

They served spoiled food with very bad service and improper behaviour of staff when we asked to change the spoiled one order
Lovely food techa machchi is the best n has a great variety of taste in Chinese cuisine must visit lovely best food quality n quantity must visit.
