U can call them FRAUDS!!! I was traveling from patna pune sf and ordered the food from Mirch Masala Family Vegeteria which was prepaid through rail yatri app and assured that the food will be delivered on seat but when I reached Bhusaval junction I was shocked that no came to deliver the same and then train departed for next station. However upon calling resturant the staffs started lying. SO I DONT RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO ORDER FOOD FROM THIS RESTURANT. Order id 2947885
We had dinner on train journey from Jodhpur to Secunderabad TN 02790 on 22.03.21. Timely delivery of food at seat, payment on delivery, All' food items are very tasty and delicious. Also favour for personal request of medicine requirements. We Hearty thankful to this personality & management.
Ordered food to be delivered at bhusaval junction the order was confirmed all the details were provided correct....but the food never arrived upon calling no one picks up and OLF through which food was ordered just states "the delivery boy couldn't reach on time we are sorry we cannot do anything else in this matter" thats it. I think its Better to order from madras cafe if u are thinking of ordering at bhusaval junction.
I ordered veg thali from here. Generally people don't care about the food they serve on train. I got the meal in train hassle free. The food was tasty. My mother liked it very much. Thank u for standing in ur promise of serving good food. I hope ur service goes well and u ppl continue to serve good and hygienic food.
Ordered food on 7/11/19 through Food on Track/ IRCTC online order no 33399402 , but food didn't get delivered, finally remained hungry. So guys don't depend on these unreliable sources. Very bad experience
