"I recently called Madhuban Hotel and Restaurant in Chandrapur to inquire about room availability and cleanliness. Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant interaction with a staff member named Shubham Thakur. When I asked about the reviews and room conditions, he rudely and arrogantly replied, 'Please read the reviews, and if you're not comfortable with them, search for another hotel--don't come here.' This kind of attitude is completely unprofessional and unacceptable in the hospitality industry. Guests expect polite and helpful service, not such dismissive behavior. I would strongly advise the management to train their staff in customer service and ensure such incidents don't happen again. Very disappointed!"
