The Lagoon Family Restaurant, Chiplun is a good spot mainly for snacks. The food is fresh and tasty, and the ambiance is pleasant for a quick bite with family or friends. However, the service needs improvement. It gets very crowded during peak hours, leading to long wait times and delays in service. The staff could be more attentive and efficient to handle the rush better. If they work on their service and crowd management, it could be a great place to enjoy snacks and light meals. Hoping for a better experience next time.

This is a nice place for Veg and Non Veg lovers as both sections are available in the same restaurant but spaced out pretty well. I tried the Pomfret thali and was happy with the taste. I would have expected better cleaning of the fish but as it's a restaurant, I guess that's the best you can get. Overall a nice place to enjoy your meal if you are a Sea food lover.

I recently visited this restaurant during a trip to my native place. Since it was lunchtime and your restaurant looked appealing from the outside, we decided to stop by for a meal, expecting a good experience in terms of both food and hospitality. Unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. After placing our order, we waited for almost an hour with no update. The staff member who took our order did not return, and we had to ask about the delay ourselves. My mother eventually approached the counter to inquire, and only then was the food served. The most disappointing part was that while the rest of us received our food, my mother's order was still not served. Given the long wait and the situation, she asked the staff to give her meal as a parcel instead. We were really looking forward to a pleasant lunch, but the service let us down. I hope you take this feedback in a constructive way and make improvements, as your restaurant has the potential to offer a much better experience.

First time visit. Halted for breakfast with family. Traveling by road from Bombay to Goa. Nice, tasty and good quality of food served. Courteous staff. Pretty good service too. And fantastic pricing. Might become THE stop for us , for our road trips from Goa-Mumbai-Goa..

This place serves good quality food. I had veg food over here & it tasted good, was served in time. Simple seating, located right on the main road & has parking facility also. Costing wise quite reasonable.

I had breakfast here with my family. Ioved this place . A great family restaurant . lot of good options to fill your stomach. My recommendation to people is to go Maharashtrian items like Kande Pohe, Misal, thali Peeth. These were simply amazing

Food Experience: - We tried the Cheese Pav Bhaji, which was amazing and definitely a highlight. - The Misal Pav was also excellent, with a perfect blend of spices. - The Vada Pav was good, and the Bread and Butter was enjoyable enough for us to reorder. - We finished our snacks with a refreshing cup of Chai. The food quality was impressive across the board. However, the portion sizes were somewhat small considering the prices. Overall Impression: The Lagoon Restaurant is a solid choice for a quick meal or snacks break during your travels. The food is delicious, although a bit pricey for the quantity offered. If you're looking for a place to relax and refuel on your journey, this spot is worth considering.
