Hotel Sarovar

Started off with a very tasty crispy chicken lollipop which tasted yummy and gave the impression of a restaurant with tasty food and reasonable prices but then what followed both in veg and non veg options was a big disappointment. Hakka Noodles, Fried Rice, Panner Palak was absolutely tasteless and left an awfully bad taste in the mouth. Oil used was also very poor quality.

This restaurant is located near Dahanu road railway station. It is around 500 meters from the railway station side, near Dahanu town. Food quality is really nice & food prices are also low. Specially for late night cravings the restaurant open till 2pm. Also the price is reasonable compared to the taste, the atmosphere is good. Highly recommended

I recently had the opportunity to visit Hotel Sarovar and I must say that my experience was quite disappointing. I would like to highlight a few key points that left a negative impression on me. First and foremost, the taste of the food at Hotel Sarovar was very disappointing. I had high expectations for the cuisine, but unfortunately, the flavors fell short. The dishes lacked the authentic taste and quality I was hoping for, and it was clear that the kitchen did not pay attention to the finer details of seasoning and presentation. In addition to the subpar food, the service at Hotel Sarovar was also below par. The staff seemed disinterested and inattentive. It was difficult to get their attention, and even when we managed to place an order, the wait time was exceptionally long. The delay in serving the food was frustrating, especially when we were looking forward to a timely meal. One particular aspect that stood out in terms of poor service was the attitude of one of the waiters. The waiter's rudeness was uncalled for and completely unprofessional. Instead of providing a welcoming and hospitable environment, their behavior made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. This lack of courtesy significantly impacted my overall experience at the hotel. Furthermore, the prolonged delay in receiving our orders was a major letdown. It was evident that the kitchen was not efficient in managing the orders, leading to extended waiting periods. This was incredibly frustrating, as we had to compromise our plans and adjust our schedules due to the delay. Overall, I regret to say that my experience at Hotel Sarovar in Dahanu was far from satisfactory. I hope that the management takes these concerns seriously and works towards improving the quality of their food and service, as well as ensuring that their staff members are trained to provide a more welcoming and pleasant experience for their guests.
