Overall, everything was great -- food, service, and ambiance were all excellent. However, I would suggest changing the wash basin taps of family restaurant. They are very short, and when using them, your hand ends up touching the basin, which is a bit inconvenient. Just a small improvement that can make a big difference!

Everything from food, Drinks, Stay, Ambience, staff, is perfect. The hotel is run by reputed Family in Dhule. Owner takes good care and assures great experience.

Food is good but Service so poor

The food used to be really good but nowadays they have lost there quality I order for mutton handi and bhakri The mutton was uncooked and the bhakri was cold stone I didn't expect this from krushnai when I asked about the problem of my food with captain (maneger who takes order) he told me that i am asking him after eating the meal he was trying to say that I was doing it for bill I scold him and paid the bill hope my review will help other thank you

Location and ambiance beutiful. Food was good. But service is very poor.

We didn't stay here so can't say on the rooms quality. But you will get a nice meal here . A bit costlier side though.

We stopped at this restaurant for lunch when we were enroute to nasik from Indore . The food was really good and the restaurant staff were courteous but the reception staff were rude when we asked why they don't have a wash basin inside the restaurant to wash our hands . Thier answer was " it's not there ,you can use the one in the washroom which was located outside the restaurant much like these highway hotels who have the toilets placed 100 mts away from the restaurant. Would like to return for the food only if I have to .

Errant and arrogant staff They can't handle the orders 30 minutes for. One order Stale food Cold dishes when they serve Worst experience for our family Ordered baked veg took 60 min for that We left without eating U can imagine the frustrating experience
