HOTEL NEW MAYUR

I had dinner at their restaurant, I had paneer butter masala there. The food quantity was very less, and the paneer was not looking freshly fried, the chapati was also not freshly prepared. I'm adding the platter size here. It was highest priced in the paneer segment. While asking about the quantity the waiter told us that according to the price, the quantity is right.

Resto kitchen staff not using cap/hair mask therefore frequently found hair fall in meal this is very pathetic. Earn money but don't take granted with customer food safety.

I had a very bad experience at this hotel. The room was tiny and filthy, the bathroom was disgusting and stinky, and the staff was impolite and useless. The food was also awful and I had paid for breakfast and dinner with my reservation. They only gave me thali for dinner, which was okay, but I wanted to have some other options. Also, they only gave me poha and tea for breakfast, which cost me 350rs, and I saw that they got the poha from a nearby shop that sold it for 15rs. I felt cheated and angry. I would not suggest this hotel to anyone who cares about hygiene, comfort, and quality service.

Excellent service, Good quality affordable rooms with great food. Owner as well as the staff are super polite and helpful. Friendly staff , great location and delicious food. Would 10/10 blindly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dhule.

A very well maintained budget hotel in middle of the Dhule market. Staff are cooperative and booked AC room at a price of Rs.1200 per night. Only thing which I did not liked is that the washroom was not maintained properly. There was leakage and also it was very small, even from the bathrooms of small flats of Mumbai. As structure cannot be changed now but can work on cleaniness and leakage. Rest all perfect.

Hotel room are good. Just renovated, so color and everything is good. Bathrooms are clean. But ya, no lifts. So one needs to use stares. Location, it's in the market. Like Karol baug of Delhi or croferd market of Mumbai.

Nice thali at rs 150 only... Good interior... And good service from workers...... But taje lot of time to complete the order..... At an average of 10..... 15 min All of that the hotel id good and clean.... There is no need to worry.... Best for family
