Food is good u must try
Extremely disappointing experience On 15th May 2025, my parents placed a parcel order for veg pulav (160) and ice cream (20). After traveling 30 km back home, they found the parcel had the wrong item--some other curry instead of pulav. They called the restaurant immediately, but were told to return the item in person, which wasn't possible due to the distance. When they visited the next day (16th May, between 5-7 PM), instead of resolving the issue, the staff insulted and humiliated them, and asked them to leave. No physical force was used, but they were treated very disrespectfully. To make things worse, I couldn't even file a proper complaint on the Consumer Court portal because their FSSAI license number is not publicly available. Is this even legal? Every food business is supposed to display their FSSAI number on receipts or packaging. The lack of transparency raises serious concerns about their compliance with food safety regulations. Highly unprofessional behavior and poor service. Not recommended.
