Navratna Family Restaurant

Had a really disappointing experience at Hotel Navratna while traveling from Mumbai to Malvan. We stopped for a quick breakfast, hoping to satisfy our hunger, but the food quality was poor and totally underwhelming. The service was very slow, tables weren't clean, and the food seemed to be prepared in an unhygienic way. Not a place I'd recommend stopping at.

One of the worst breakfast experiences ever. Pathetic hygiene and absolutely unprofessional setup. They literally mix water into the misal right in front of your eyes -- no proper preparation, no care for taste or quality. The kitchen was dirty, and the staff showed zero sense of cleanliness. On top of that, the management was a mess. You first place your order at the reception, get a receipt, and then stand in a queue outside the kitchen -- only to witness how carelessly your food is handled. It was a completely frustrating and disgusting experience. Definitely not recommended.

This is very good option for food halt whenever it is possible on Mumbai Goa highway. We visited 11:30 pm food was very good good quality n quantity... Rates are reasonably low compared to other restaurant .. Enough space inside and outside hotel.. Washroom neat n clean. Ambience os okok. I wish this hotel get more visitors they can serve more people.

A small restaurant on Mumbai Goa Highway. Nice place a for a pit stop en route your journey. The restaurant has all options from snacks to Major meals. Best for quick snacks and tea. Washrooms are available at the restaurant. Ample car parking space available.

Good variety of breakfast items. Only the Mendu wada order took long and was quite hard.

Very clean and hygenic place with clean washroom and decent snacks menu. Ideal spot for luxury buses stop from Dapoli.
