We had a small there. Over all nonveg food quality was not good. Fish fingers served was tasteless. Quality of gulab jamun was not as per the standard. In place of butter scotch flavour, something else was served.

The prices are too high every dish start above 350/- and quantity according to price is too much less. You will get more rice quantity even in half plate outside but not here even in full plate. Washrooms are pathetic,no cleanliness at all.

Experienced just it's restaurant. Food is great in taste and quality. But ambience does not match up to the price they charge for food. The restaurant's bathroom is unhygienic. They seriously need to improve its cleanliness, add urinals and increase bathroom space.

Very good food and a lot of options in the menu. But hygiene is be an issue, as we found hair and insect in two out of three dishes served. But this is the first time such thing has happened in last 5-6 years since I started visiting the place. The staff was friendly and promised that they are committed to maintain good hygiene.

Starting with an option in Gondia, Yes it is one the prominent hotel & restaurant in Gondia, going here would not be a wrong option. But does it satisfies it's cost charged on customers in comparison to its counterparts in Gondia. Definitely not. U wouldn't regret coming here but could be harsh on your pocket. Talking about food, It's of good taste but again, doesn't justifies it's price. At last it is at premium location and u will get both veg and Non- veg option here. But Non- veg here is much better than the Veg counterpart. Happy Staying & Khaana

The restaurant is highly recommended as its one of the best in Gondia, considering its taste, service & variety it serves. It serves both - Veg & Non-Veg. The preparation & taste of Chinese items is one of its distinguished quality. Though, well recommended for North Indian food also. Though some times back it was closed for a few years, still it has bounced back really nice. Also please try various sizzlers & Chinese platters for some yumm time..

We're a regular customer of them. They seem to give a tough competition to many metro city ones, and are probably among the best in Gondia. My family had a great time. Food is sheer ambrosia and cooked with quality ingredients. Staff is little busy, but is expected due to huge rush. Customers have to wait a while, since the place is bit crowdy. Once you visit there and have your dinner, you won't regret!

The food is amazing, no doubt ! The service they give at table is also good ...but the way of communication on call has to be improved and moreover the communication among the employees..! We were group of four frnds decided to go for dinner on Sunday ...I called at the hotel asking for seat availability and he asked me to wait for 15 min and so we did ! As we were entering, the guard didn't allow us to enter and asked roughly to stay unless and until the confirmation of our call to hotel manager and when we called the manager..he refused to give the table.....a couple of minutes after ..when a family asked the guard to go upstairs..the guard allowed!! Such things are not accepted,!!
