Gursale resort.

Might be budget friendly, but not that good of a resort. But the view from here is absolutely beautiful. They have got a perfect place to get their resort but don't have that good of infrastructure, maybe due to less tourist traffic

Extremely poor treatment by Staff! The caretaker was extremely rude and refused proper service. He was not only unwilling to show us clean rooms in the COMPLETELY empty hotel but REFUSED to change a broken light bulb in the room he had provided. We were so disturbed by the whole treatment that we cancelled our stay all together and had to look for a new hotel at night! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Probably one of the best spots on the Hill Top, most likely the only spot to give the best and unhindered view of the Koyana Dam and Reservoir. Absolutely stunning view of the valley around the Dam and the Reservoir. Enough parking space, quite clean surroundings. Rooms are good and clean,well priced, but the bathrooms have quite a few short-comings. The whole place laks proper maintenance. I don't think there is a restaurant, functioning round the clock. Food is okay and well priced. 20 double bed rooms, a dormitory, a separate place for parties and a lawn. My own feel is that the place has tremendous potential but laks PROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT.

View of Nature and Koyana Dam is Awesome...........Awesome hospitality... Food is excellent... We bought mutton n asked them to cook it.... It was perfect.... Good breakfast... Takes time but worth the wait.... A/C rooms... Hot water for bath...

Very nice location.. Rooms are spacious, neat & clean. Just,you will encounter some insects in your rooms if you keep the windows/doors open, but its understood as it is nearby forest area.. Totally safe for couples and families.. The owner is really kind and hard working person, food is also good especially Moong Bhaji & Chicken Thali.. Thank You for making our stay comfortable & memorable

This place was clean and hygienic. We had booked a room with a direct view to the dam. Room was really good. Manager Mr Ashok Budukh and the staff was really good. However I gave only 4 stars because of the food. We had meal there twice, both times it was not at all well prepared very salty. Second time we instructed still it was salty. But still for stay this place was super awesome.

The rooms are very spacious and clean and the staff is very polite. Had dinner and breakfast here. Don't know about the non veg food but the veg food was good. Their sheera and upma for breakfast are 10/10 recommended. Some parts of the resort are still under construction as they are building more rooms so that hampers the ambience a little. You get an awesome view of the Koyna dam and it's backwaters from the rooms and the restaurant which is breathtaking. Overall, this is a good place to stay in Koynanagar.

Rates are a little high! They charge 2200/- for standard sized AC room. Breakfast was okay but they charged for breakfast extra, it's advised to confirm the package before booking. Breakfast and service was good!
