Nivaant | 3BHK Villa

Our stay at this enchanting bungalow was truly unforgettable! The moment we stepped in, we felt the calmness "NIVAANT" and serenity of the surroundings. The scenic view from the property was breathtaking, and being close to nature made it feel like a perfect retreat. The unique architectural style of the bungalow was impressive, and every nook and corner was thoughtfully decorated with a keen eye for aesthetics. The little garden surrounding the bungalow was a delightful surprise, with vibrant flowers adding a splash of color. The gentle sound of wind chimes was a purely meditative experience, transporting me to a state of zen-like calm. The collection of good books was an added bonus. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the required utensils and equipments n we found mosquito repellents n first aid box as well. How can I forget to mention... Good wi-fi connectivity One little area for improvement would be the cleanliness. We did notice a few spiders on the bed and spider webs on some of the furniture, which detracted slightly from our otherwise perfect stay. With a bit more attention to detail in this area, this bungalow would truly be a great place to stay. The Property owner was responsive n cooperative. Caretaker lady was also helpful. We would highly recommend this bungalow to anyone looking for peaceful n serene getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life. It's a place that will leave you feeling refreshed n connected to nature.

Had an awesome stay @ Nivaant. All the rooms along with bathrooms were neat and clean. Surprisingly they kept all tools and tackles at hands distance in case if it's needed and kitchen was also well maintained.The caretaker was polite and helpful. The owner Mr. Aniruddh was also extremely cooperative. The best part was the view that the villa offer to you.Totally raw yet so peaceful. Strongly recommended.

A one of a kind property. Very uniquely designed. The view of the mountain from the living room and the courtyard is just soo calming. The best part is that it's Pet Friendly. There is enough space for the doggos to run around the lawn. The courtyard is the right place for them to just chill and enjoy the cool breeze. The mountain right in front of the property is an easy trek up with spectacular views. If your doggo likes hiking, please take him/her along! Don't miss the terrace / rooftop that has nicely laid tiles to get an even better view of the surroundings. All the bed rooms are very well equipped, including the kitchen. They have a cook who makes delicious food. Her Biryani is out of this world!! All in all, it's a great place to stay. We extended our stay cause we couldn't get enough of the peaceful atmosphere. Words don't do justice to this beautiful property. The property is easy access. The new Samruddhi Expressway is just 2kms away. Thanks to the host for always being a call away and guiding us precisely. I Highly recommend this property!

Hi Dr Sudha, We would be vacating Nivaant in few moments. Wanted to convey our sincere appreciation from our group. "Nivaant" lives to its name and the serene nature around it calms down the nerves . Wonderfully located bunglow is not only tastefully decorated but even smaller needs are carefully addressed . Bookshelf is unique and almost never seen in any other property. Picturescape location, prompt hospitable support staff and amazing nature just awsome. Nivaant is the place to unwind and relax. Carrtaker and cook both looked after our requirnments with utmost care. It's was a memorable homestay . Returning back with Happy memories and will be back for a longer stay ... Thank you for all your help and Would recommend this property as it's been extremely pleasant and homelike weekend experience.

Great location, uninterrupted view of hills and field. All modern amenities, household items meticulously placed at each room. It was a memorable experience. Food options are bit limited which can be improved.

Villa is well ventilated with a serene view from the living room. There's a small hike of 30-45 minutes right in front of the villa. Everything's available what we need in a staycation (Clean washrooms, clean space, basic toiletries, cards, booze equipments, etc)

It is a nice villa, well ventilated, tastefully done, nestled amidst nature,giving the urbanites respite from the daily hazards of the concrete jungle. Boeganvillas looming over us in each window sharing a mountain view creating a beautiful vastness of nature in our minds and hearts. Enjoyed interacting with the locals learning about farming. Saw how black lentils are grown, processed before coming to our table. Overall an enthralling experience.

We were lucky to find this hidden gem. Our stay was super comfy, rooms were cozy and perfectly maintained! The views are unobstructed and gorgeous. Above all, the hospitality was wonderful. The cook made some really tasty meals for us. Great wifi incase you plan on working from there. If you end up staying there for a long weekend like I did and want to venture outside - you've got multiple options. There is a dam nearby with a lovely view, some waterfalls and lovely trails for hiking. Definitely ask for the host's recommendations. Would highly recommend Nivaant! Will definitely be coming back soon
