Shagun Resort & Water Park

Place is very good.we enjoy a lot here. With fun, enjoyment with all our family members. Climate is very cold. Some things has to change we are not happy like room no B3 AC is not working,b2 me geyser is not working and b4 me tap is broken. Room service is very poor.

Good water resort get away for weekend. They have limited water rides, but worth the money paid. The rooms that we stayed was big and clean. You have ample parking space with good restaurant.

This is best resort according to budget and amenities. These people provide waterpark as complimentary. Which is an major attractions for tourists. We enjoyed a lot in pool and slides. My kids and family were very much happy. Food was delicious, spread is less but quality food. Thanks shagun visiting soon in monsoon. From my side 5star.

I booked a stay at shagun resort based on the beautiful pictures and positive reviews online. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected. From the moment I arrived, I noticed the resort was outdated and in need of serious maintenance. My room was far from clean, with dusty surfaces and visible wear and tear. The air conditioning was broken, and the bathroom had a musty odor. The pool area was also in disrepair, with cracked tiles and bleachy water. The staff was unhelpful and seemed indifferent to my concerns. When I brought up the issues with my room, they were dismissive and offered no solution. The restaurant food was good but not upto the mark. Overall, my stay was a disappointment. I would not recommend this resort to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable vacation.

Food Very bad choices. Not at all tasty. They serve Roti sabji only in lunch & dinner. Our Anniversary got spoilt because of their menu choice. Very very poor in food Quality & Choices.

Worst experience ever - avoid at all costs. Our visit was a nightmare. The water in the park seemed to be filled with bleach - it caused burns and extreme dryness on the skin for me, my sisters, brother, and even the kids. It's shocking that something so dangerous is being overlooked. The receptionist was rude, and the marketing guy, Ajay, was extremely disrespectful. Most rides were non-functional, the wave pool wasn't working, rain dance was closed, and the water everywhere--including in the bathrooms--was dirty and brown. There was zero help from the ride attendants, and no regard for guest safety or comfort. The only saving grace was the food, which was decent, and the restaurant and room service staff - they were polite, professional, and seemed far more educated and customer-friendly than the actual management team. We had originally planned to stay for 2 days but ended up leaving the same evening because it was just unbearable. After a lot of arguments and unnecessary nuisance, we finally got a refund of the advance payment. Do not trust the online photos or promises. Google even lists Ajay's number - don't make the mistake of paying online without visiting. Completely mismanaged and unsafe. Never again.

My experience was horrible ,the room were so so and building was also old .we did online payment but when we reach here we decided to cancel our booking but the ower of that property didn't give us the refund .There were all construction ,the outdoor games was full of black crust . The pool was dirty .the ac was not working as well , this incident make me and my family disappointed. The expectations was nice but reality was very low. 2 may 2025

We booked it for 3 days, including all meals only for 15k. It was a nice deal, but when we reached the destination, it was the worst ever experience. Rooms we unhygienic, food was not upto the mark. Water park was not untidy and full muddy water. They were not willing to provide the refund or adjust anything. I would not recommend this to anyone and don't pay money in advance if you are planning to go.
