Kings Mansion | 6 Bedroom Luxurious Property | Villa In Igatpuri

The villa is well maintained and the care takers are prompt and active. We had visited in Summer of March with temperature soaring to 37-38 celcius and hence opted for the indoor pool villa. The pool was clean. Overall everything was perfect. We got the villa for 20,000/- for 4 couples which was a great price. The only important thing to mention is the food package that we opt for had a lot more quantity than what we could eat. We had opted for a compact meal package for all of us which included lunch, hi-tea, dinner and breakfast. But the quantity was a lot, and we gave away half of every meal to the care takers. I would request all the guests to prefer for ala carte or at least opt for what is enough as we felt really bad to see such a huge food wastage.

The photos online were misleading--the villa looked run-down and poorly maintained in reality. Key amenities were either missing or not working. The Wi-Fi was unreliable, the air conditioning in a main room was broken, the pool was unusable, and the kitchen lacked basic essentials. Adding to the frustration, the owner was rude and dismissive when we raised our concerns, offering no real help. The overall experience was stressful and far from what was promised. We left early and would strongly recommend avoiding this place.

When we reached out to raise our concerns, we were met with condescending replies and zero effort to resolve the issues. It felt like once they had our money, they no longer cared. This was far from a relaxing or enjoyable stay -- in fact, it was stressful and frustrating. We ended up cutting our trip short. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere; this villa is not worth the time or money

Located amidst the lush fields of Igatpuri , lies this place. A 2 story, 6 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms bungalow with a in house pool, makes it a paradise for parties. The caretakers were respectful, facilities were amazing. Thoroughly enjoyed staying here.

Great villa in Igatpuri. Villa is well equipped and the host is very straight forward on what you can expect. Would recommend.

Engulfed in fog and abundant with cozy luxury, Kingston Villa is a must stay for people looking for the perfect get away. An infinity pool with a beautiful view is the literal cherry on this cake. Beautiful, big, clean rooms, homely staff, good food, and fun games made my stay so refreshing! Totally recommend!

One of the best and most clean resorts I have witnessed. Great room size and swimming pool in the common room is a super add on.
