Tropical Retreat Igatpuri exceeded our expectations in every way! From the moment we arrived, Ms. Roshni and Irfan ensured our stay was nothing short of exceptional. The spacious and immaculately clean rooms set the tone for a relaxing getaway. The 8.5-acre oasis boasts two swimming pools, indoor and outdoor games (including air cycling and basketball), a well-equipped gym, and a rejuvenating spa. The Ambrozia buffet spread is a culinary delight, and the Dragon Den restaurant serves fantastic food in a lovely ambiance. Kudos to the housekeeping staff, Bhasker & Shakira for their dedication and prompt service! Special mention to Executive Chef Sai Kumar Sharma, who whipped up a divine creamy pumpkin soup with coconut milk that left us craving more. A heartfelt thank you to the Tropical Retreat team for making my husband's birthday so special. Mr. Prem Pathak Gen Manager along with Mr. Saurabh Shukla operations manager need to be mentioned. The surprise decorations and cake were a lovely touch - it truly made the day unforgettable! The entire crew is dedicated, honest, and reliable, making this retreat a true gem. I had stay for 3 nights and 4 days in pool side facing rooms at Ground floor with my family that includes senior citizens. Staff at reception - Suraj, Shruti, Roshni were amazing at Hospitality. Housekeeping staff - Girish, Ankita and others were humble and sincere. My father is fond of reading books, they mini library close to reception with good collection. In house restaurant food is awesome, deepali who cuts fruits and tea maker outside restaurant deserve applause for the service. F&B Manager and staff is very kind. Resort has got Pool, Gym, Spa , Turf, Zip-line and recreation area|Overall, we had a great stay and Highly recommend to those looking for property surrounded by beautiful views of nature. Staff also celebrated Mother's Day and suprised us with baloon and sweet. Thanks to entire team for helping our family making beautiful memories

The location is really nice and near the highway. The resort is big and the rooms are spacious. Service by staff is good. Adventure activities was a new experience for me. The room furniture and flooring was old and do not do justice to the resort ambience. Pool was great but could have been bigger. Flies were everywhere and irritating! Some construction was going on with loud noise next to my room.

We stayed at Tropical Retreat in Igatpuri this January, and the experience was truly beautiful and relaxing. The weather was perfect--pleasant throughout--which made it a great time to unwind. The property is huge, green, and very well maintained. Our room was spacious and clean, with lovely welcome touches like cookies and a refreshing drink on arrival. The staff were friendly and made our 3-day stay smooth and comfortable. One of the best parts was the food--both breakfast and lunch buffets had a limited but well-thought-out spread. Every item was fresh, tasty, and satisfying. The resort also has a range of free activities to keep you engaged: from archery and rope cycling to other fun outdoor games. I personally enjoyed playing badminton in the evenings on two out of the three days, and it was such a nice way to unwind. They also have a large turf area where you can play football or cricket, which is perfect if you're travelling in a group or with family. The swimming pool is nice and clean. We visited when the property wasn't too full, so we had a good experience. However, if the resort is at full capacity, the pool might feel a little small for everyone. That said, unless you're specifically looking forward to swimming, it's not really a downside. All in all, it was a wonderful, peaceful getaway with a perfect mix of relaxation, fun, and good food. I'd definitely recommend Tropical Retreat to anyone looking for a quick escape from the city.

Well we didn't go here for a stay , we planned here a monsoon retreat for a family lunch and to take some packed food items as take away for friends ! Service experience turned out to nightmarish everything took so much time soup n starters arrived so late ! My grandson whispered in my daughter's ear that it's not we alone but neighbouring table guys are also equally frustrated! After some time the altercations became quite noisy , attracting attention of entire dining hall ! At this juncture I suggested my host we should do away with main course and have it somewhere else ! It didn't happen , main course arrived after few epochs ! In between we were reminding about our take away to each and everyone was assuring ! We finished lunch , went for coffee (@330 per cup ) and returned. Parcel of takeaways was nowhere in sight ! It took another 35 minutes , billing took anothe 10 minutes...... finally we had a great escape from this tropical! To the positive side ambience and food is of excellent quality

Fantastic Stay with Top-Notch Amenities and Activities! I had an incredible experience at this hotel! What truly sets this place apart is the wide range of outdoor activities. The hotel features an excellent game zone and an expansive external turf that's perfect for basketball, cricket, football, and badminton. Whether you're a sports enthusiast or just looking for some fun, there's something for everyone. The complimentary outdoor activities were a big highlight -- ziplining, cycling, archery (bow and arrow), and even the exciting bullet bottle game kept us entertained throughout the day. Overall, this hotel is perfect for families, groups, or anyone looking to unwind with a mix of comfort and adventure. Highly recommended!

We had a memorable experience. The resort had everything for a fun holiday. The adventure sports,food, room amenities , spa experience was wonderful. What I liked most was polite and helpful staff behaviour.Even live music and bar experience was too good.we enjoyed our stay.

The resort was really good. Services were efficient. Food was really nice. Pretty ambience. The activities were fun to do, be it indoor or outdoor. Rooms were comfortable. Pottery was the best activity to do. Resort was hygienic. Pool was good. The staff is polite and welcoming. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family! 9.5/10
