The food was delicious. Service was a bit slow. Hygienic place. The only concern was the exorbitant charges for the takeaway food. We ordered food of Rs.1500 and they charged around Rs. 200 for packaging. Parking space is outside the hotel premises.
Horrible experience. Customer service is negligible. Orderd dinner for 15 people. Except for starters nothing was correct. The gravy in veg kolapuri and malai kofta was like water. The naan was too hard .The order was replaced with the same issues again. Was asked to do it again but most of the people had already given up. No lemons, achaar, chutney, water was provided without asking and only after repeatedly asking the waiter for 3-4 times did it finally arrive. Paid full bill. Would absolutely not recommend. The bill was 5k and we were travelling and the restaurant owner threatened us by saying" Try crossing the toll naka."
This restaurant is located inside hotel Ashwin.. Pure vegetarian restaurant.. Food taste is very good... I like their starter items..... Staff is very supportive... Every food items having different taste... Generally you will found the same gravy or cuisines in food taste.. Must visit this hotel with your friends and family if you are in Igatpuri....
Amazing Food, great service, and very reasonable prices. And the quality of ingredients for cooking is fabulous, you can feel the love to feed - of the management, the chefs, and the staff. Keep up the great work.
If there is an option of zero, I could have given zero rating. They just maximise the bill amount. No fresh food. Within 2 minutes we received Sabji which was not at all fresh. The team is very arrogant.
Bad food quality. Zero taste, disrespectful staff as plus manager they started fighting with us when we told taste is not good and quality is not good
Very good food , I took a pit stop for dinner here. Very nice service and multiple options available at restaurant. Hotel is right before maha samrudhi marg.
Very bad service, food quality was very bad Roati was all Burnt, vegetable gravy was like watery , zero service level we have to tell 5 times to get salad and other stuffs.
