Chicken masala will light your sinus on fire but you will enjoy it. The service is wonderful. Fish gravy and Fry are amazing. Dal is beautiful. Must visit.

Absolutely Horrible Experience - Found a Cockroach in My Food! I had the worst dining experience at Hotel Lucky Chacha, Indapur. I ordered a Maral Fish Thali, and to my shock, I found a cockroach in the fish gravy! This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the hygiene and cleanliness of this restaurant. What made things even worse was the owner's attitude. Instead of accepting the mistake and apologizing, he was defensive and dismissive. No remorse, no attempt to make things right! Despite this horrifying experience, I was still forced to pay the full amount, with no offer of a discount or any compensation for their negligence. This place clearly lacks basic hygiene, customer service, and integrity. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this restaurant if you care about your health and well-being. Absolutely Disgusting Experience - Avoid Hotel Lucky Chacha at All Costs! I had the most horrifying dining experience at Hotel Lucky Chacha, located on Pune-Solapur Highway, Indapur. While having dinner, I found a cockroach in my gravy! Yes, an actual cockroach floating in my food. When I informed the staff, instead of apologizing or addressing the issue, they were extremely rude and refused to take responsibility. Even the owner was arrogant and acted as if it was no big deal. The worst part? The same contaminated gravy was being served to other customers! I have photo and video proof of this disgusting incident. The hygiene at this place is absolutely terrible, and the staff has no sense of responsibility or customer service. If you value your health and safety, stay far away from this filthy restaurant. This place should be shut down immediately!

Veg Thali is good and Reasonable price, I recommend having Veg Thali. Only the food was a little Cold, Overall Recommended

Arrogant staff Good food We asked for Maaza bottle for which he charge 10rs more for cooling charges. When asked about it he replied very arrogantly. Food was fine. Not very spicy, taste was also okay. Dining area is average. The cost of food is bit high for the taste and overall ambiance. I wont recomend this because of rudeness of the manager and taking 10rs extra from everyone.

We visited Lucky Chacha Hotel in Indapur and ordered Marad Fish Thali for everyone. Unfortunately, while having dinner, we found a cockroach in one of our rassa bowls. We immediately informed a nearby waiter, who shockingly took the bowl from us, removed the cockroach with his hand, and placed it on another table as if nothing had happened. Disgusted by this, we approached the hotel owner to report the incident. Instead of acknowledging the issue or apologizing, he denied any fault and gave absurd excuses like, "Since you were sitting outside, it might have fallen from above." Rather than taking responsibility, he started making inappropriate accusations, claiming we did this intentionally to harm the hotel's reputation. He even suggested that if that were our motive, we could avoid paying the bill. However, we paid the full amount without any discount, as our intent was only to highlight the unhygienic conditions and unprofessional behavior. If the hotel truly believes we are making false allegations, they should provide CCTV footage to clarify the situation. This would reveal who is telling the truth and who is lying. If there are cameras installed, we request the hotel to share the footage to verify the incident. This review is to inform and warn others about the disgusting attitude of the hotel staff and owner. Stay cautious, and don't end up as an "unlucky" customer at Lucky Chacha Hotel.

Tasty fish thali but not recommended for family bcz need to improve cleanness about hotel and other washroom washbasin. Overall hotel for only non family members
