JAYSHREE HOTEL, Paldhi (since 1982)

Visited Jayashree Hotel recently, and the food quality was a mixed bag. The shev bhaji was particularly good - flavorful and well-cooked. However, it seemed like most of the other bhajis were made using the same base gravy and spices, which made the variety feel repetitive and lacked distinction. On the downside, the service was very poor. The waiters appeared unhygienic, and the overall cleanliness of the place needs serious improvement. There were a lot of insects flying around, which made the dining experience uncomfortable. The hotel should definitely adopt better hygienic practices to ensure a safer and more pleasant environment for customers. With better cleanliness and service, this place has potential due to its flavorful offerings like the shev bhaji.

Hotel Jayshree, located on the national highway near Paldhi, has recently undergone renovations, offering a refreshed dining experience. The restaurant is a pure vegetarian establishment, making it a great choice for those who prefer vegetarian meals while traveling. The updated ambiance, however, still has room for improvement, particularly in the cleanliness department, which could be better maintained to create a more comfortable dining environment. We started with the Cheese Pakoda as a starter, which was quite flavorful. The crispy exterior and cheesy filling made it a delightful snack, but the portion size felt a bit on the smaller side when compared to the price. A little more generosity in quantity would have made it feel like a better value for money. For the main course, we tried the Jayshree Special, a dish consisting of minced vegetables topped with cheese. The dish was a perfect balance of flavors, reminiscent of the classic highway dhaba taste that many travelers are familiar with. It was flavorful and satisfying, with the cheese adding a rich, creamy texture that elevated the dish. The Tandoori Rotis were served hot and fresh, with a nice crisp texture. They complemented the main course well and paired perfectly with the curries. The Jeera Rice was also a standout. The quantity was more than adequate for the price, and it was well-cooked, with just the right amount of seasoning. Overall, Hotel Jayshree offers a pleasant dining experience with some great vegetarian options. The taste and quality of the food are commendable, especially the Jayshree Special and the tandoori rotis. However, the cleanliness of the restaurant remains a point of concern. If they can improve on that aspect, it would certainly enhance the overall experience for patrons.

This hotel has been renovated but it is quiet famous with Jalgaonkars in the same way as it was before. Now they have better seating arrangements. It is bit too far away but people often travel to this hotel for having special nom-veg food. Rates are reasonable. Service is fast. Crowd is present at anytime. If anyone wants to have a drink they can have it from nearby stores. Taste is so good. I would recommend to go for Chicken handi. They have indoor as well as outsoor seating.

Test is very best one old person at counter and so many staff at there it's a vegetarian restaurant and well for family lunch and deaner I all time go that place and order dal khichada and Kasturi shev bhaji special batter naan I like this place

The overall experience is good...the ambience of hotel is not that good..but the quality and service is way above...hotel manages its crowd very nicely...
