Hotel Royal Palace

The hotel is over-priced. The quality of food is that of a road side Dhaba, the hotel staff though many in number. The younger ones don't show willingness to help, making it difficult to navigate things. The lift is outdated, bathrooms don't have ventilation, showers are broken. Overall, just because there is no alternative, a lot of people return to this pathetic hotel which is openly looting a lot of innocent people.

Very good experience, the staff is good. Only one suggestion -- the hotel should provide complimentary mineral water, as even small hotels do.

We were there for lunch with family.starter and mocktail was very nice, quality & quantity both are sufficient.Ambiance also good so overall u can go and enjoy food.

No Mineral Water was provided. And 12 Rs. Extra Charge on Bisleri MRP. Every needed things was available on call. No basics items also available in room . Dusty towel provided in room. No Bath kit was maintained in Bathroom.

Hotel is well maintained and at premium place, rooms are clean and neat with nice service. Only concern is breakfast timings are too late in morning ideally it should start at 7 30 am

Needs cleanliness. Room refrigerator not working. Bath cubicle leakage. Water comes out from the cubicle. Needs regular mentainance.

Well, for a 4500 room tariff Bathroom of so called classic suit is very congested and mediocre, shower at the entry of gate only. No hair dryer. Second thing breakfast was full of unhealthy and oily items like Kachori, Maggi, Puri, French fries, bread pakora, wada, frooti (sugar syrup) but healthy options like fruits, juices, sprouts or salald, boiled vegetables ware not available. God knows who decide such unhealthy and cheap menu of breakfast. As it's cold weather, I ask for slipper which they mentioned could be provided, but never arrived. 1st they provided a room with dysfunctional TV, but changed it after several failed attemps to on the TV. Typical cost cutting approach, and untrained staff make this stay option mismatch to it's high price tag. It's great property, need proper maintenance, price rationalization and re imagine concepts like morning breakfast.

Overall a great experience. The ambience and staff was great. Food quality was also good.
