Worst hospitality ever. Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. The staff not only lacked basic manners but also seemed annoyed
Worst experience. Don't know how to treat people, we were not comfortable sitting in drinking and smoking area still after requesting also their staff didn't allowed us to sit in family dining area. They don't value their non drinking/smoking customers.
Visited 1st time and noticed these things: 1. I ordered Chicken Pahadi Kabad it was tasty but we need to ask for green chatni separately to the waiter rather serving the kabab with the chatni. 2. Next I ordered Butter Chicken it was good but it was sweet, and because of that the actual butter chicken task was not their. 3. Staff was good specially the captain he was taking feedback from every customer before leaving the restaurant.
Food is good but service is not that good
Worst hospitality ever.only for bewda people.no value for non drinker.and very rude behaviour of staff.
Food quality is good ambiance is also nice like jungle theme, but service is very poor too much waiting time after order,
Very very bad service... Order cancelled by themselves on last minum after waiting 39 minutes
Slow service Leftover mutton pieces were served in Biryani Waiters act over smart & keep ignoring the customers
