I recently ordered a food parcel from this restaurant. While the food quality was decent, I was disappointed with the extra charges for containers. They charged me 45 just for three disposable containers, on top of the food prices and GST (which was already 5%). I don't understand the logic behind this -- when GST is already being added to the total bill, why are customers being made to pay extra for basic packaging? This feels unfair and unprofessional. Restaurants should either include packaging costs in the food pricing or mention it clearly upfront. Adding such hidden charges at the end without informing the customer affects the overall experience and trust.

There were cockroaches everywhere in the room and bathroom on bed as well. You can smell pesticides everywhere so not good for children, big NO for infants There were no towels provided and even calling on reception multiple times did not do anything. AC was not working for more than 4 hours and with infant it was a big trouble and in summer season it's traumatic and after multiple calls to reception when no one came I went to ask about it and still they had no idea what to do but then they sent someone who took just 2mins to resolve the issue so customer can sweat all they want if you don't fight with then for getting basic service you won't get it. Irony is that there food menu literally has Cockroach as logo.

Our recent stay and meeting at this hotel was underwhelming. The ambiance was just okay nothing impressive, and the food served during lunch was disappointing.

The pungent smell in the lobby was more. Thank God it's not inside the room. Overall stay is good. The location is very peaceful.

Not a good experience at the restaurant, food was good although staff kept 2 packaged bottles on the table(billed us for 2 bottles) wherein we used only 1, asked them to remove one, they denied saying bill cannot be changed once made, and when we gave them one return , they did not remove it from the bill, kept the bottle and only gave us change according to the original bill. If there was any mistake in the bill, would you ask the customer to pay extra saying the bill couldn't be changed?

Our stay is great at president cottage. Nice food, service and rooms also at affordable price.

Worst system and service in the whole Jalgaon Not cooperative at all... We booked 50+ rooms for my brother in law's wedding checkout time was 12 midnight, we were eating dinner and the time crossed above 12 then he told that empty the room or the other day charges will be charged though we told that we are having dinner yet...... Also no Towels in room. NOT AT ALL COOPERATIVE
