Saffron

So i visited today with my friends but am little disappointed. Firstly we ordered mocktails which were not served chilled , when we asked for ice, it was not available . Pineapple coolabar was some mocktail which was made from only strawberry crush which was very disappointing and it was too sweet apart from that virgin mojito and blue lagoon were also not up to the mark and specially it was not chilled as it is supposed to be. Talking about food it was good but because of mocktails our overall experience was not that great.

If I could rate this "fine dine" restaurant in negative, I would. They managed to ruin a special occasion we were there to celebrate. We had ordered a starter and some more and we waited and waited. However, our food didn't arrive. Others who came after us got their orders. We told the staff thrice about our food but nobody informed us of anything. In the end, we called the manager and he went into the kitchen to check. Came out and went straight to the billing counter and sent a waiter to tell us our order wasn't placed. They don't use pen and paper to note down orders but a cell phone so what happened? Even a roadside dhaba is better than this pathetic so-called "fine dine" establishment. Avoid at all costs. Only go if you want to ruin your special occasion or celebration.

I'm still dreaming about my meal at Saffron! Each bite was a delight, and the presentation just blew us away. Don't miss out on trying there starters. If you're a foodie like me, you'll love this place! The menu has a fantastic selection of dishes, and we loved everything we tried. We only had good comments about the food. I can't wait to come back again!

Went there with family around 8pm for dine-in. Apparently, they were preparing for a function for the restaurant owner's son! I was hoping they would put up some kind of notice about a private party or keep a certain section of the restaurant open for patrons coming from far. The place looks fancy but not sure how they will operate if they close the entire space for such private events. You don't want guests calling a restaurant beforehand to check if it's open during normal business hours. Was hoping they would atleast offer water or takeaway parcel considering we were at their door during dinnertime.

"I ordered Paneer Lababdar, but they served me Kofta instead. When I pointed out the mistake, the staff told me, 'Lababdar is supposed to be like this.' Very disappointing experience--poor service and misleading explanations."

The food was really amazing and we had a great time. The entire vibe of the restaurant is something mesmerising is what I would say, other than that the staff was really polite. Great place to visit with family or friends, best work on ambiance and worth the hype.

Food quality is BELOW average.. Ambience is above average... Overall experience is not up to the mark... Money spent is NOT worth at all.

It was pleasant experience. Safron Dyning at Jalgaon. The young dynamic charming boy started this venture recently and hats off to him the ambience , food and service are best . Wish you great success and I am sure your restuarant will become a preferred restaurant for all the Jalgaon citizen
