Food is Good. However, the service was quite disappointing. The manager misinformed us about the variety and quantity of food, and completely ignored my concerns when I tried to clarify. His attitude was rude and unprofessional, and I genuinely feel that such behavior can harm the reputation of the hotel. Proper customer service is just as important as good food.
Costly ! Especially veg food, not according to the food and its quality. For example if you eat dal fry ( whatever you add in it) you can't charge anything in the name of quality or standard. That's the problem here. Definitely Not an affordability issue but overall it's not calibrated with other hotels in the city. Taste not any special or different just common. Like same( common ) gravy for all food.
Very poor service, food quality very very very bad, that sabzi just tasteless and butter naan was totally raw flour, and when we told to that manager , he said that it's in layered thats why so soft, "arey it's uncooked man"....bad experience
Food was not upto the mark, be it quantity, quality, the service. According to the rate that the restaurant has kept. Not a good value for money, Not satisfied. Waiters were playing reels on mobile.
Best service , good test nice qty and service by caption Vikas Pandeyji was superb , kulcha was very tasty and paneer sultana was best
Staff is very humble especially Captain Vikas pandey, Food is tasty and great quantity Ambiance is cozy
Worst naan I have ever ate is from here...!! They have so much crowd there that they hardly pay attention to you..!!(c)
