STEP FOR SNACK'S

Highly unprofessional behaviour, me and my friends have been going to this place a lot, almost to an average of 2 times a week(makes us a regular customer with familiar faces for the owners). Today my friends and I visited the cafe again and we were waiting for a friend to join us! Generally everyone prefers to order after all the people have arrived right! We did the same, when asked for an order we said our friend is just arriving so we'll give the order in some time! After 15 mins the owner shouted in front of everyone and asked to leave if we didn't want to order! Even though the cafe was filled with only 20% of the capacity he shouted to leave! We understand him asking us to leave if there were genuinely people waiting for the table. THEY SHOULD HAVE SOME DECENCY WITH THE REGULAR CUSTOMERS, FOR THAT MATTER WITH ALL THE CUSTOMERS.

You can give a try to cheese tandoori masala fried momos. Jain options are also available. Fries are a bit spicy. Alfredo Pasta was average.

Many items are kinda sour tasting, especially when I tried the Tandoori Mayo burger and their red sauce pasta. I've also tried their french fries and Chipotle nachos, both of them were great. Overall, an above average experience. Ambience is good.

The male owner is very arrogant nd doesnt know how to behave with customers, if you like to get disrespected you should visit step for snacks.The food quality is good but it cannot compromise with the rude behaviour of the owner

Step for Snacks has truly become my go-to comfort place! The food here is absolutely delicious, and every bite feels like a treat. On top of that, the hospitality is outstanding - the staff is warm and attentive. Highly recommend this spot!

Absolutely terrible experience! The owner clearly has no idea how to treat customers. Being rude and condescending seems to be their specialty. No amount of "aesthetic decor" or "good food" can make up for such awful behavior. If you enjoy being disrespected, this is the place for you. Otherwise, stay far away.

Dont fall for their seating and ambience but you can bet on their taste. Their burger, and sandwiches are best in the Jalgaon. Service is quick. Parking is available in front of the store.

Owner is to Ridiculous As if he is doing favour to people by running his cafe the worst experience ever in my whole lifeee
