The Belgian Waffle Co

As the name suggest they are best for there waffles. Tried there Triple Chocolate Waffle it was delicious prices are on the higher sides. Also tried Belgian Chocolate shake which is in A Must try category. But my opinion is it's wasn't worthy at all. Not upto the expectations... Also the outlest are in a tiny space . Have only sitting arrangements for 2-3 peoples only . Overall experience Average ***

This Branch is making a fool of customer The company has a Loyalty program, in which points get credited into your account and you order and you can use the same in future and discount for your next order They scam you by not taking your number and (might be entering their own number to take) to bypass the points Or when someone knows about the same they enter the wrong number in invoice and then says that it automatically gets credited into your account If you don't know my actual number how come you will credit the same into my account The staff here is very rude

Crunchy and Delicious waffles and pancakes.. We tried Blueberry creamcheese and Butterscotch crunch. The later has become my favourite for both, the waffle and the pancake!!!

Good food for eating once. But it's too costly. Seating capacity is very limited.

Test is Good. But prices are quite high as compare test. They advertise different and give different prices.On holding they display price starting from 120 but nothing there of price 120.

I was extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this outlet. The staff's behavior was unprofessional and unhelpful, which was the first red flag. The taste of the food was notably inferior compared to other locations, which was a major letdown. Additionally, despite being told that the parcel service was included, I was informed after payment that there would be extra charges. To make matters worse, when I pointed out that customers who buy multiple items are supposed to receive free parcel service, the staff's response was inconsistent and unhelpful. The parcel itself was poorly packed. Overall, this visit was unsatisfactory, and I won't be returning.

It was out first experience with you.. so it was not that good. First of all the staff is too slow in taking orders , I think bcoz of less staff. I ordered assorted box of 4 but not satisfied with the taste , it was too sweet.. I think you should balance the sweetness of the fillings...

Had a v bad experience at Belgian waffle jalgaon branch. As it was WAFFLE DAY and Belgian waffle had kept offer .. so we were pretty excited to visit with kids. But the shop was almost shut around 8 pm with half shutter down. And we asked them to open and provide our order..but they said it's closed and talk to the management of Belgian waffle. Staff was v v rude and not at all polite to talk to clients. They were giving waffles to some ppl saying that they are from their building .. and even gave waffle pkts to some selected boys ..and as we said we will launch a complain ..all of them vanished from there. Really v v disappointing act from Belgian waffle jalgaon staff .. ppl are coming to yr outlet and you claim that we eill get waffle till 3 am.. where as they were closed by 8 pm .. kids were too disappointed . If you can't keep up with yr offer then pls keep it for limited cites only. A REQUEST TO CHANGE YR STAFF AT JALGAON OUTLET. ..WHO WERE PROVIDING WAFFLE LIKE THEY WERE DOING BLACK WASTE
