Nataraj Hotel

Waiter are mannerless. they dont know how to talk politely with customers. Please give traning to your servants to how to talk with customers.. this is not expected from Natraj..

**Worst Experience at Natraj Hotel** Had a terrible dining experience at Natraj Hotel. The food was tasteless, stale, and poorly presented. The service was equally bad--slow and inattentive. Definitely not worth the price. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

To be honest restaurant ambiance & car parking space is decent but order taking & food serving timings is below 1 star rating.Food wasn't hot hotel should teach basics like how to serve & how to respond to customer.Very Disappointed

Very poor quality of service and average food. A long hair man will attend you to take food orders with scratching ears and beard. So disgusting. The hotel ambiance is also not that much appealing. Overall the below average restaurant. Natraj sangli is another branch of this hotel that provides much much better service than this.

Nataraj hotel is famous for the most authentic Punjabi food in the town. Service is also good. Taste is good with above average spice. Recommended to visit. Edit- Visited this hotel twice in 3 months but food taste has become very bad. They just put lot of spice and sabji remains tasteless. They need to improve alot on food preparation and taste. I don't know whether they have changed the cook but it has become below average.
