Hotel Devendra

We had visited this hotel for lunch on 1st Jul 24. The surrounding of this hotel is well maintained with the kids play area. The service was very good and prompt as soon as we entered this hotel.The manager and waiter both helpful and courteous.They also customized our dish as per our preference. The food quality was very good specially tandoori chicken.The food rates are reasonable compared to the ambience and services offered.The mountain view outside and surrounding hotel is quite and very beautiful specially in rainy season. Overall its nice experience and good hotel to visit with family.

The rooms are good, maybe because it's new, but they are not handling things properly and have too many things to cover, like, 1. Seems they don't check rooms regularly, mainly before guests are coming. 2. The fan was as good as not working. 3. For 3 guests they kept only 2 blankets. 4. Pillows were too soft. 5. The windows don't get locked properly. 6. The rooms were clean but there was a scope of improvement. 7. And after all this, the rooms are too costly. Some good things, The hot water for the bath. The location is very good.

I had an extremely disappointing stay at Hotel Devendra. The service was terrible, with the staff being unresponsive and rude. The rooms were dirty, with stained linens and a musty smell. The air conditioning barely worked, making the room unbearably hot. The bathroom was equally unpleasant, with mold in the shower and a leaking faucet. The food served at the hotel restaurant was subpar, both in taste and quality. The breakfast buffet was especially disappointing, with limited options and stale items. Additionally, the hotel's location was noisy and far from major attractions, making it inconvenient for sightseeing. Overall, my experience at Hotel Devendra was far below expectations. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Not favorable for groups. The prices are exorbitant. The places looks decent priced, but it isn't, plus the washrooms are not clean, overall management is unprofessional. Instead have something near the lake in a premium looking restaurant. For mendu wada they need 3-4 days prior notice not considerate at all.

A very good hotel, at a very good location and within budget.. much better than expected. The rooms were clean and tidy, just some issues with the infrastructure but i guess it would be taken care of later as they are still building it. The Chinese cuisine was not so good. I would prefer you to go for the indian cuisines.. the staff is good and friendly.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed. The room facilities were subpar, the staff behaved rudely, and the bed sheets were dirty. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience, and I am completely dissatisfied with their service.

Horribly sad experience. The owner has no sense of hospitality. Owning a highway touch property, one must know how to handle customers who willingly wish to stay. A person visiting so stay option at an unknown location, that too late in the evening, has some valid reason/trouble which forces them to halt. I had rented 2 rooms, for a night.. As we were tired driving. And our way to the destination wasn't ending. Hence we decided to halt. The owner entered the room without knocking, he started howling like a street dog to be precise, just because we placed a regular blanket in the balcony floor as there was no other option for us to sit in the balcony. Totally incorporate behavior, where an owner enters a persons room forcibly without intimation / knocking the door. Normal etiquette is missing in the owner himself. Whar else can be expected from the staff.

Food is good. Services by selected staff is great Owner of the property is a stupid person who doesn't have sense of simple behaviour with staff. He directly enters customers rooms without any reason, intimation and starts shouting without any reason
