This is truly one of the best places to stay. The service provided by the hotel staff was exceptional -- they were courteous, attentive, and always willing to help. The food was outstanding, with 'Chicken Don', their signature dish, being a highlight of our stay. The staff's humility and kindness made us feel genuinely welcomed and comfortable. The overall atmosphere was warm, peaceful, and family-friendly. We are truly grateful for the hospitality !!!

Everything in Hotel Grape is just wow. Food,view,room,service and facility are amazing. It's definitely more than a 5 star hotel. Their cooperation with the customers is top notch and complimenting. I really enjoyed a lot at Hotel Grape City.

I booked for my family, and room, location was perfect if you are planning to visit places like Lenyadri Ganapati, Ozar, Otur, Shivneri fort etc all the places are nearby. Food & service also was good. View outside hotel is great in monsoon.

Went there for dinner on a recommendation. The food is good but seems to have a different taste. According to them, Chicken Don seems to be their best dish which didn't seem surprisingly delicious to us. Same goes for Veg Manchurian it was bit on the stiffer side might be because of less quantity of sauces. No doubt other items were good. The staff is polite. The food service is fast although it was less crowded when we got there.

Standard room was very small. They don't even have a chair to sit. Service was ok. The room price was very high compared to the amenities and size. Food was ok. Value for money 2/5
