Service is the worst. In the family section the behaviour of the manager is the worst towards the customer. Try places in viraj city, kognoli or better kolhapur. Worst experience.

On my visit with my friends to the hotel 1. Below average food quality 2. Prices are high 3. As per one of my friend who had drinks felt that the liquor served was totally duplicate quality 4. Bad ambience 5. Dishes and glasses were unclean 6. Good part was quick service and serving staff. 7. Totally not worth visiting with such cons

Stayed here when my friends bike broke down on the way back from Goa ... Costed us 1800/- for the room with ac... Nothing else was included in that cost ... Overall in room dining was pricey but the food was good nothing to complain about ... Staff is humble and polite( from the one night I stayed there .. can't judge too accurately)... Overall room was clean, bed was nice, tv channels were limited. AC cooling was perfect ... Parking is available but no basement parking as such

Food Quality is not good / no taste

Decent hotel if you are going with family, AC dining hall. Excellent customer service, staff is very polite. Food is very good. The size of roti they serve is almost double. Rates are also reasonable.

Spicy and highly oily.. pandra rassa is the best.. many time nv pieces are uncooked..for redness artificial colours is used

Decent Parking. Great ambiance. Service is also good. For non-vegetarians, pandhara rassa is so good. Tambda rassa is okayish but it's so oily. Roti is big and pretty good. We ordered Murgmusallam which was speciality of this hotel and it was worth it, thick gravy and awesome taste. Egg masala was not that good, not recommended. One more imp thing is the onion they gave to eat with was so freezy like they cut onion while ago and may be kept it in freezing and that's not good thing. Never the less , a perfect dinner plan for family. Murg Musallam is highly recommended..
