Hotel Saffron karad

If you want to get your patience tested, this is the place to visit. Even simple things like tea and coffee arrive in no less than 20 minutes. The sandwich took more than 30mins to arrive and that too was tasteless. The waiters don't come to your table until you request them 3-4times. Overall, other than somewhat clean washrooms , this place has nothing to offer.

Don't go with their fancy decoration of the restaurant you won't taste anything here. I ordered Shira but Shira I got was half cooked , not eatable at all but the good part is when I told the cashier about the uncooked Shira they did not add it in the bill. Tha k you for that and please change the cook.

They charge over and above MRP for soft drinks claiming it to be service tax and charging the tax again on total bill. Proof services and arrogant staff. They got no justification for charging Rs. 30/- for a bottle with MRP Rs. 10/- (Dear owner MRP stands for maximum retail price)

Worst experience ever ! So bad washrooms After travelling for 10 + hours it's expected from brands like VITS to atleast have descent washrooms and as consumers we pay extra just for that brand trust and we come to the restaurant at Karad and they hand us the menu card with the "VITS" Saffron branding and then I visit the ladies washroom and as soon as I open the door it's stinking crazy I had to put hands on my nose to get through the 3 toilets and the toilets were DIRTY!!!!! Like Petrol pump toilets were cleaner !!! Pee stains, muddled floors, and the odour was so bad I could not pee and had to get out of there as soon as I can! If brands like VITS offer such hospitality I am staying in my house and not leaving ever Pretty interiors from the outside but worst service and no cleanliness. See for yourselves

Good tasty food but too costly not for lower middle class people.

Food is tasty.. Services and staff is prompt and polite.. I had been here for dinner.. But there is good menu for breakfast too

Setup: 4.5 It is quite spacious with indoor as well as outdoor seating area. Total capacity is approx 70-80 people. Ample parking space to accommodate enough vehicles. Washrooms clean and located behind outdoor area. Food/Service: 4 Food is excellent. They also serve barbeques. Captain was very polite. Only concern i had was they don't accept cards.

Food is tasty.. Services and staff is prompt and polite.. I had been here for dinner with family.. The one best thing is .. they provide high chair for baby.
