Awana Villa

We recently stayed at Awana Resort Neral for a family get-together, and it exceeded all our expectations! The property is beautifully maintained, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable - ideal for families with kids and seniors alike. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged to ensure a comfortable stay. One of the biggest highlights was the food. Every meal was delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. We especially appreciated the attentive service in the dining area. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended for anyone planning a family gathering or a relaxing getaway.

Such an amazing property, quaint place located a little off the main road towards karjat from badlapur in mumbai. Clean rooms, excellent food, spic and span toilets whcih is bery important for most guest and astetically designed with thoughtfull layout for 3 couples of 12-15 individuals if you want to share spaces... Lot if trees, swimming pool, sit out areas and ample Privacy...with easy access from tthe mainroad. If you wish to spot peacoks, or watch the mathean toy train sitting in ur balcony or just enjor the quiteness of the nature... this is the place to be ....

Exceptional 5-Star Villa Stay I recently had the pleasure of staying at Awana villa, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff Bhushan Bhoir made us feel like royalty with their warm welcome and impeccable hospitality. The villa itself is stunning -- beautifully designed, spacious, and immaculately clean. Every detail has been carefully thought out, from the luxurious furnishings to the modern amenities. The private pool was a highlight, perfect for a refreshing dip while enjoying breathtaking views of the surroundings. The location is serene and peaceful, offering a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Waking up to the sound of birds and enjoying breakfast at the poolside was an absolute dream. Speaking of food, the in-house dining options were exceptional, with every meal exceeding our expectations. About our to Chef. They were always available to assist, yet never intrusive, making us feel completely at home. This villa is a haven for those seeking a perfect getaway. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the warm smiles of the caretaker who ensured our comfort throughout our stay. The villa exudes charm with its cozy ambiance and impeccable cleanliness. But what truly stole the show was the delectable food served - every meal was a culinary delight! The swimming pool, impeccably maintained, offered a refreshing respite. With excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere, this villa surpassed all expectations. A truly memorable experience!

We stayed in this villa for one night and are really very disappointed with the facilities provided. First of all there was no water in the washrooms. When we complained twice the plumber came to repair it. The blankets were used and were stinking. They were bringing all' the foods from outside and it was completely cold. Even the tea was completely cold. Also there was no drinking water available in the villa when we reached, we got the drinking water after almost half an hour after reaching. Food provided was limited and testless. Very unhygienic. Only good thing was the look and design of the villa.

It is a nice, quiet location for a one day getaway or a small vacation. The caretakers are very helpful. The food was great! We were a group of 26 people for whom the pool was small and seemed overcrowded but otherwise the experience was great!

Our experience at this property was extremely disappointing. Despite booking nearly four weeks in advance, upon arrival, we were informed that their cook was absent due to an emergency. This was a blatant lie, as there wasn't even a gas stove or oven on the premises. For breakfast, they ordered food from outside, which turned out to be both expensive and lukewarm. The same situation repeated for lunch, where they brought in limited, cold food from external sources. Dinner was no better, with a similarly limited selection and cold dishes. The next morning, despite our request for specific items like kanda poha and omelette pav, they served us bhurji pav with a very limited supply of pav and meduwada. When the pav ran out, they offered us bread instead. Regarding the property itself, while the location was good, the rooms were extremely dirty and had a strong odor. They didn't provide soap for bathing, and the towels provided were used and smelled unclean. The flush in one bathroom was stuck, and the geyser in two bathrooms didn't work, leaving us without hot water. The outside pool bathroom resembled a storage room, was dirty, and lacked a lock. The kitchen was also not clean, which was concerning for hygiene. Additionally, many of the promised games such as playing cards, chess, and badminton equipment were incomplete or missing. There were no nearby stores for any necessities, which further added to our inconvenience. Overall, this experience was a complete waste of our money and weekend. I strongly advise against choosing this location if you value hygiene, service, and a pleasant stay.
