I recently had the pleasure of staying at Oleander Farms in Karjat, and it was an unforgettable experience. The farmstay strikes a perfect balance between nature, relaxation, and engaging activities. Surrounded by lush greenery, the property offers a serene atmosphere that's a refreshing escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, with prompt and courteous service that made our stay exceptionally comfortable. The staff were attentive and always ready to help, adding to the warm and welcoming environment. Overall, it was a thoroughly enjoyable and rejuvenating getaway.

But what made our experience exceptional was the warmth and hospitality of the staff. Everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome, and Malik, in particular, was outstanding. His kindness and attention to detail during breakfast made every morning special. You could tell he genuinely cared about making guests feel comfortable and well taken care of. From start to finish, everything about our stay exceeded expectations. We left feeling refreshed and grateful, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Oleander Farms to anyone looking for a beautiful and welcoming retreat.

First and foremost excellent service by staff in general. Especially Vishaka who was the concierge there. She made sure my problems and doubts were solved. I think this service is super crucial for next level hospitality. There was a wedding and chaos all around but she help us through. The rooms are huge. But the wedding makes things chaotic. Feels like the property is still under construction in parts. I don't like the villas that much felt stuffy and small. Your better off with the rooms instead.

The wedding venue was beautiful, with stunning decor and a picturesque backdrop for our ceremony. The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. They were attentive, professional, and made sure every detail was taken care of. From the initial planning stages to the day-of coordination, they were incredibly organized and supportive. The service throughout our stay was exceptional. The staff greeted us with warmth and made us feel like VIPs throughout our visit. They catered to our needs and ensured that our guests were comfortable. The food was outstanding, with a variety of options that pleased everyone, and the presentation was top-notch.

Oleander Farms is a beautiful property with lush greenery, making it a peaceful getaway from the hustle and bustle of Mumbai. The surroundings are serene and well-maintained, offering a lot of promise for a relaxing stay. However, my overall experience fell short of expectations due to a few issues. I stayed in Room 441, where the washroom had a persistent foul smell. I reported this to the staff, and although someone came promptly and used a room freshener, the odour returned shortly after. Unfortunately, there was no follow-up from the team to resolve the issue. Additionally, I found the service lacking during the evening hours. While staff presence at the entrance during the day was noticeable, by 8 PM, no staff could be found. I had requested internal transport to visit the SALT restaurant and followed up with two calls to the reception. Despite waiting for nearly 30 minutes, no transport was arranged, and my family had to walk. Given the resort's layout and distances between points of interest, reliable transport, especially at night, is essential. I hope the management takes note of these concerns and improves the service experience to match the beauty of the property.

The property is outstanding & well maintained. Well design resort by Mr Ahuja. Lakeside view rooms offer the best view. Food, service, staff everything was outstanding. Good breakfast spread. Sunset at Hilltop is awesome.Many fun activities in resort. Out of 3 lawn rooms, one of them had mosquitoes, the other 2 were fine. Special compliments for Santosh, who manages all group bookings & is extremely helpful. Oleandar banquet staff - Arjun (super host), Dipankar, Rohit Phondekar Saltt staff - Chef Ankur, who went out of the way to cater to our requirements, Mandar who was very hospitable, Chandan, Valet Driver Pravin, who showed us the entire property like a guide & Mayur too was courteous. Charanjit, who showed us the party venue so passionately.

We had a destination wedding of my brother arranged at Oleander farms on 4 th and 5th March. It was very well arranged right from the check in to check out. The location, ambience and room are were perfect and exceeded the expectations. Special mention for the front office person Shubham Wayadande who helped us with alomost everything right form booking to check in in to any issues and was always available on call or in person to service all our guests. He looked into arrangements even at banquets , lake view to make our experience pleasurable. Another notable help came from Sudhanshu who looked into the food arrangements. Overall the 2 day experience across functions of Haldi, Sangeet, marriage and reception was memorable without any bottlenecks thanks to management and in particular Shubham and Sudhanshu.
