This is a family managed business - restaurant as well as lodging. It is not a very post but a simple hotel with great surroundings. Though on the highway, rooms are comparatively quiet. Bedsheets, blankets, bathrooms, towels all were nice and clean. Those who aren't used to the fading it's due to the water in that area. 24x7 hot water available. The fittings used for making the rooms signify the good intent of the owners towards making it a good hotel. Being a start up venture will surely do good in the near future as one can see the renovation under process. Home style dinner cooked by them was mouthwatering. Do inform them about your meal preferences in advance to make things easier for the guests as well as the hosts. Strongly recommended for budget rooms & is safe for families too. Would be visiting again.

Very nyc place good staff n good service

The host is very friendly and understands things. He also gives recommendation. According to the price, the rooms are well maintained. Food is also delicious here!! Greenery all around. Definitely recommended :-) :-D PS - Host has one cute dog (Big rottweiler) she became friends with us in first meeting only!

Good place to stay , very good service, affordable price, beautiful view

This location is on the highway and easy to find as well. Rooms are clean but zero facilities. You need to carry your own stuff like towels and all basic things. Food is average whatever we were able to get. Most of the items were not in stock. Owners will over promise at start till you pay and later you find nothing. Also you need to ensure you will have to leave your room as per check out time. These hotel guys will not send any reminders nor will they inform you but straight away add additional day charge in your bill without even discussing or informing you in advance. They don't believe in customer retention or customer. They try to earn from single customer as they know most of the times rooms will be empty considering the shady look when your actually see the place. Stay is not at all recommended. Or even if it's last option for stay please have a watch on check out time This hotel is not worth paying for another day and the owners have a smart way to earn by doing such business. I would recommend to stay in some better place even if you have to pay extra at first go atleast one can have peaceful sleep without paying extra for another day even if you miss on check out time. No courtesy shown by hotel owners on time flexibility rather a good way to take advantage from customers available and earn extra

We visited other lodges in Kolad and Ravi's found be in better condition. Rooms and bathroom were cleaned and had a comfortable stay. Kitchen was temporarily closed. TV channels were not subscribed so kids were disappointed.

We checked in the hotel around 1-2pm in the afternoon. We were asked to wait and later found that there was a snake inside our room. Later when this got sorted we went inside and saw there was no towel in the washroom and it was provided to us late when we asked for it. There were stain marks on the pillows and bedsheet. We asked what would we get for lunch and the reply we got was the kitchen has just started so we wont get anything to eat.We had asked for lunch at ideal lunch time still we did not get anything to eat and had to go out looking for restaurant around. In the evening, we asked for snacks with which they provided pudina chutney.The quantity was very less almost equal to nothing. When we asked for more the person said its over so that means we were provided with the leftover chutney from previous day. For the night food, we were assured that last order is till 11:30pm however they kept on rushing and gave the food till around 10:30-11pm saying they have to close the kitchen. If the kitchen had to be closed then why were we false assured for 11:30 time. The next day they kept on asking for breakfast and lunch orders but did not even mention once or let us know that we would be charged the whole amount for extending the check out time. So we ended up paying 2 days amount for staying there for just 1 day. Overall it was an unpleasant experience & would recommend others to check for other better options nearby for stay.

Most affordable and relaxing lodge in kolad. Rooms are good ac is fully chilled. Tv doesn't work cause channel subscribtion is not there. To rest and for affordable arrangements best hotel. They have a cutest rottweiler that made my day there when I was staying. Good room service no problem of staff
