Hotel Srivardhan Veg Nonveg in Kolhapur offers a decent range of veg and non-veg options with a variety of Kolhapuri dishes. I visited with my family recently, hoping to enjoy some authentic flavors. The ambience is simple and comfortable, with a family-friendly vibe and courteous staff who were attentive to our needs. We ordered a mix of items, including some vegetarian curries and the Kolhapuri-style non-veg dishes, which were reasonably flavorful. The spice levels were well-balanced, delivering a nice kick without overwhelming the palate. However, one major disappointment was the dosa. It arrived barely warm, which took away from the experience since we expected it to be hot and crispy. When we brought it up to the staff, they offered to replace it, but by then, it felt like a missed moment for a fresh, hot serving. The pricing is quite affordable, making it a good option for budget-friendly dining. Portions were generous, and the overall presentation was nice. The highlight was definitely the Kolhapuri non-veg thali, which had a good mix of items to give a taste of local flavors. Overall, Hotel Srivardhan has potential with its tasty Kolhapuri dishes, but improvements in food temperature for items like dosa would elevate the dining experience.

One of the worst breakfast hotel. There is no management in this hotel. We had lunch few months back hence visited again but our discussion was wrong. For only 4 dosas they took more than half an hour and served us uncooked dosas. There was no salt in sambar. We literally wasted around 300 rupess and left the uncooked food. Visitors, please think before visit. Dont go for only ambience.

Nice stop over 28km before kolapur after toll naka. Nicely designed open garden restaurant just next to sugarcane field. Washroom, parking facility available. Good for having tea, snacks, lunch or dinner. Misal pav, tea coffee, dosa, puri bhaji and many other South Indian, punjabi and maharashtrian food available

Despite being a higher-end establishment, the taste of the dishes was shockingly poor. I had expected a delectable culinary experience, but instead, I was met with flavorless and poorly prepared meals. The chefs at Hotel Shrivardhan definitely need to reevaluate their culinary skills, as the food was far from enjoyable. Furthermore, I must emphasize that the prices charged at this hotel do not align with the quality of service and food provided. Considering the premium rates, one would expect an impeccable dining experience. Unfortunately, Hotel Shrivardhan failed to deliver on this front. The service throughout my stay was equally disappointing. The staff members were indifferent, unhelpful, and seemed untrained in basic customer service. My requests for assistance or information were met with either ignorance or lackluster responses. It was evident that the hotel staff did not prioritize guest satisfaction. Another aspect that contributed to my dissatisfaction was the poor weather conditions surrounding the hotel. While this factor is not entirely within the hotel's control, it significantly impacted the overall experience. The unfavorable weather conditions made it impossible to enjoy outdoor activities or even engage in casual conversations outdoors. Based on my experience, I strongly discourage anyone from dining at Hotel Shrivardhan, as the service, food quality, and overall experience fell far below expectations. It would be wiser to explore alternative hotels in the area that offer better service, more palatable food, and a more welcoming atmosphere.
