Hotel Shauryawada - Lonavala ( Multi cuisine Restaurant )

Absolutely mess. No cleanliness, Service is very poor and pathetic, Numbers of staff are not sufficient, Taste is average. It's a overrated restaurant. Seating arrangements looks impressive but dirty stains of food on sofa chairs, Table cleaning was the worst, even food particles in steel glass, Plates were serves on demand, Very expensive according to the food quality.

Authentic Maharashtrian thalis with rich flavors and cozy ambiance. Clean facilities and courteous staff enhance the experience. Some dishes are spicier than expected and meat portions could be more generous. Price a little high.

Today I visited Hotel Shauryawada, Savai, Lonavala branch. The atmosphere was good, but the food quality was very poor. The food was quite costly, but unfortunately, the quality did not match the price. I was very disappointed with the experience. We had seen your reels on Instagram and visited the hotel with high expectations, but the reality was quite disappointing. I request you to please focus more on food quality.

So we stopped at this place on old Pune Mumbai highway near Lonavala after seeing their good reviews and pictures. I have few things to share with everyone about this place. The Good: Beautiful ambience, spacious and comfortable seating, and splendid architecture. Amazing aura of Maratha empire can be felt in the interior designing. Toilets are clean and sophisticated. The Bad: Not everything on menu is available. Not at all recommended for veg food. We being in group had to order both veg and non veg, but only the soups and starters made a moods so sour, that we couldn't even go ahead with main course. Service is absolutely pathetic and the managers are not ready to listen to you or customise your food even a bit. Food tried: Soups- Tomato and Lentil Soup both were extremely average. Veg manchurian- uncooked and raw within the burnt covering Chicken lollipop- only coating of flour over the bone, no flesh inside. Tossed in extremely unappetising ketchup sauce. Masala papad- only good thing that we tried. Had ordered main course, but we had to cancel it owing the poor performance of starters. You can come here to witness the amazing indoors and designing and their specialty food that is non veg kala rassa. Rest even if you skip this place it's ok.

Serious Hygiene and Service Concerns We visited 23rd Saturday march 2025 at Hotel Shourwada in Lonavala for dinner and were extremely disappointed with the experience. The most alarming issue was finding a cockroach in the soup noodles, which raises serious concerns about the restaurant's hygiene and food safety standards. Additionally, we had traveled from Mumbai with small children specifically for this dining experience, but the quality of food did not meet expectations. The chicken ran was not tender, and the mutton in the alani rassa was undercooked, making it difficult to enjoy the meal. What was even more concerning was the staff's response to our complaint. Instead of addressing the issue professionally and taking responsibility, their approach was casual, and they refused to acknowledge the fault. Such a lack of accountability in food service is unacceptable. We strongly urge the management to improve hygiene, food quality, and staff training to ensure a safer and more satisfactory experience for customers. Until these concerns are addressed, we cannot recommend this establishment to others.

Disappointing Experience - Would Not Recommend I rarely leave negative reviews, but this place was a letdown from start to finish. I waited over 20 minutes for our food, and when it finally arrived, it was cold and lacked flavor.Again I waited for another dish guess what I finished my food and was still awaiting for my dish. The staff seemed underwhelmed and uninterested, and no one bothered to check on our table after serving. For the price we paid, the quality and service were nowhere near acceptable. Definitely not going back. The worst thing was the food & beverage which we dint received was added in the bill. Guys just dont look at the ambience and waste your earned money. THIS RESTAURANT IS JUST A HYPED ONE!!

Please don't get fool by Hotel shauryawada Reels same like us !! We had been to this restaurant on 19th April, with friends and family as I had so much expectations from this restaurant just by watching the owner reels but I must say WORST.... We had specially been here to eat Desi food but as the manager who took the order just inform that they only have 2 chicken and mutton dishes made in Desi style.... Rest all menu is same like North Indian dishes which we have better option in lonavla to try.... After ordering the food the meal was served after 45 minutes, the Manager who took the order he got disappear from their and the cleaning and serving staff were their and they were not aware of any order or dishes... all staff just running here and their all customer were just served half meal and no one was bother to take Incharge and reply to us... table were messed up after eating food plates not change or clean.... The guy standing on the cash counter dint bother at all.... And first time I just notice that this people are charging for starter Green chutney as well.... They just fool people by reels and social media.. And finally when we left the restaurant, we notice that people were waiting outside for table and inside their were vacant table but not cleaned.... Also on 1st floor people were fighting and shouting for food as no one were concern to talk with them.... Horrible guys..... Pathetic Service Worst Management Unhygienic place Tasteless food I must say don't get fooled by this people reels... And if Owner notice this comment then I request please don't Cheat and Fool people if you guys cannot respect and manage the customers...

Worst quality of food, worst management and service. Took 1 hr plus to serve thali and that to be with cold bhakri. Unhygienic environment... they don't know how to serve... spilled entire thali on us..
