During my recent visit to Lonavala, I had the chance to stop by Golden Vada Pav, and I must say, it was one of the highlights of my trip. Well it didn't live up to the hype for me--it's just like any other Vada Pav you'd find elsewhere. I suppose the popularity stems from the fact that the items are always served hot. The owner, however, is a very courteous and welcoming individual. (While food is ultimately judged by taste, it's important to remember that taste can always be subjective,)

This appears to be the most popular Vada Pav shop around here. We tried Vada Pav for the first time. Taste is OK.

Famous Vada Pav in Lonavala near MSRTC But ST stand. place was cleaned and neat. you can also get Moong Bhaji and Samosa(too big size). We taste VadaPav it was average for taste.

I really don't understand why there is so much hype about this place. The vada pav is for 23 and it is not at all worth the money or the hype trust me. I have eaten better Vada for 10 and still can recommend good place to eat. Do not go there for the hype. Go there for the test. If you think that food is bad, rate the joint.

Golden vada pav , located in Lonavala . In the busy market area. Is one of Lonavala's oldest place selling vada pav. It's UsP is the green chutney they serve with the vada pav. Over the years the size of the vada pav has reduced . But the taste is still great ! This is a must visit place when in Lonavala to grab some hot hot vada pav and moong bajji.
