Fried fish (surmai) and prawns were good. Mutton was average. But the chicken was outright bad. Either it was stale or was undercooked. We told them to recook it. They gave the dish back, but it was as bad. Overall, not a very good experience. We visited the place after reading glowing reviews on Google. Not sure, if it was an off day for the restaurant, or their specialty is only fish, or it is just another case of overhyping..

Simple place but very good food , non- veg , fish , chicken mutton ... we had food here 3-4 time and fish was always fresh and very well prepared.... Bhakri is the best , made fresh in front of your eye ...

If you're in Lonavla and love seafood, Mahesh Masoli is a must-visit! This low-key place is a hidden gem--don't judge it by its looks because the food here is seriously amazing. We tried the Bombil (Bombay Duck) fry and prawns fry, and both were absolutely delicious--crispy, fresh, and full of flavor. The spices were just perfect, and you could tell the seafood was fresh. The place may not look fancy, but the food speaks for itself. Highly recommend for seafood lovers!

Don't let first impressions fool you. This place looks questionable when you enter it, but the food is to die for. We had Bombil Rawa fry, which was by far the best we have ever had, including in Goa or Mumbai. The Chicken Sukha was spot on and so was Mutton Sukha. The thali was awesome too. Fairly priced and welcoming service. A must visit if you're in Lonavala or passing by.

1.If you want to enjoy tasty fish food this is it. Its like a dhaba very simple setup but the food is excellent. We had bombil fish fry, prawns fry, pomfret thali and surmai thali. Fish was fresh and tasty. Must try 2. I visited the second time and tried special mutton thali. The taste was amazing. It contains mutton sukka, mutton gravy, mutton soup, sukat fry, boiled egg, solkadi, rice, chapati. Must try for mutton lovers.

If you go by food it is very fresh and tasty than other restaurants nearby. Specially fish here are very good. Tried bombil fry and prawns thali. Fish rassa was awesome. You can definitely go there. Just one minus is their ambience very basic and old. But don't go on ambience go and try their at least once u will love it.

We were driving down from Pune looking for some tasty homely food. Found this restaurant on Google & it was worth the drive. It's a small place with barely 25 chairs randomly placed. There is also a seperate cabin for drinkers(wonder if it's allowed for all). We ordered prawn, mutton & bangda Thali along with bombil fry. Each and every thing was fresh and tasty. The chapati and rice bhakri were just perfectly made. The menu is short with Thali & fry items. All authentic. They serve the spicy ghati masala instead of the thecha. It's a wow! The service is quick. Service 9/10 Staff 8/10 Ambience 5/10 Hygiene 6/10 Value for money 8/10
