Maval Maratha

Visited a cozy restaurant in Lonavala and had a great experience. I started with their Manchow Soup--hot, spicy, and packed with flavor, just the perfect thing for the cool hill weather. For the main course, I went for their Chicken Thali which was generous and satisfying. It had a good variety--succulent chicken curry, well-cooked rice, chapatis, and sides that complemented each bite. The service was quick, and the ambiance had a simple, local charm. A great spot if you're craving comfort food with a spicy twist in the hills!

I had heard decent things about Maval Maratha, but my experience with their mutton thali was nothing short of disappointing. The mutton was tough and lacked any flavor, almost as if it had been boiled with no seasoning at all. The curry was watery and bland, with no real spice or richness to it. The rice was dry and hard, and the chapatis were rubbery, as though they'd been reheated multiple times. The side dishes were forgettable, and the overall presentation was unappealing. On top of that, the service was slow and the staff seemed disorganized. For a place specializing in Maratha cuisine, this was a real letdown. I won't be coming back, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a good mutton thali.

One of the best place in Lonavala with best quality tasty food. Never ever tested such a soft & delicious bhakris. It's budget friendly too.

Ambience is normal, there are 3 types of seating available. We had their Thali, Chicken & Mutton thali. Gravy & Bhakri was ok ok but the Tamda pandhara raasa was not good at all. The service was quick & the staff was well behaved.

Normal ambience. You can either sit on chair table or sit on the ground as per your choice. Food is decent. We had tried their pomfret thali, surmai thali. Also matki masala, mix veg, lassi, solkadhi. Matki masala, mix veg was really good. But too spicy. Service was fast and staffs were friendly. Parking space is available.

The prices of dishes are very high when compared with the taste and quality of food. The food does not have any taste, the quantity of gravy/bhaji was less, the service was slow the management needs to hire more waiters, they were overwhelmed due to rush.

Taste is good For outside it doesn't look so beautiful, but really the 1st floor ambience is really very awesome .. Specially the tabla guys who was continuesly playing music & entertaining us .. My son enjoyed the time .. Door taste is good but it's bit expensive.. One should visit this place ... Visit to have dinner ... Staff is very very very co operative I very much liked the seating arrangements as if your eating at home . Service is fantastic The food was served in a copper utensils .. I love to eat in it . The flooring was covered with a artificial grass which made the whole place look more homely ... In short words I would say " A very lovely, beautiful developed & can spend a quality time with your friends & family .
