It is a beautiful &quiet resort based in Tapola away from the typical crowded tourist spots. The journey from Mahabaleshwar is scenic and properly maintained. Rooms are nice & spacious, food is quite great & homely. Service is also fine. Location is simply superb, views around are equally great. It also has a swimming pool. Kayaking is available in monsoon and winter. Even during the summer period it is quite pleasant. Recommended for families and groups Mobile connectivity is an issue especially for Airtel.

Nice , spacious and clean rooms with a lake view in the front and a lush green garden. The food was tasty and made as per requirement. There are few games , music was played in the evening. The bonfire started around 9:15 pm. The place was clean and tidy and the staff was very polite, humble and diligent. Overall very good experience. There's no network in the area. They have Wi-Fi but is accessible only outside the rooms.

The standout feature is undoubtedly the stunning lake views available directly from the guest rooms. Waking up to such scenery is a wonderful way to start the day. The staff here is a real asset; their service is incredibly prompt and they are consistently ready to assist with any request. The food is delicious and satisfying. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. For families with kids, this resort is a winner. The playground equipments, including swings and slides and plenty of open space to enjoy themselves kept our children happily occupied for hours. Kayaking is available (at an additional cost), however, the absence of pedal boats is a slight disappointment. The resort did provide some great evening entertainment like karaoke and a cozy campfire adding to the relaxed and fun atmosphere. The one notable drawback is the no network other than BSNL and very weak Wi-Fi (this Is common with almost all the resorts in Tapola). While this can be a blessing for those wanting a true digital detox, it's important to be aware of it, especially for anyone needing to stay connected for work or other reasons. If you're looking to disconnect and relax by the river/lake, this resort is well worth considering.

I stayed in this property in dec 2024. It is an unexplored gem located in Tapola near mahabaleshwar. The staff was very polite and friendly. Food is served three times in a day and is prepared fresh. Additionally the resort provides following things with extra price- Barbacue(veg and non veg), Kayaking, Food to order. All rooms have a Koyna lake view which is awesome. Food was amazing. place is quiet and has good connectivity by road.

I have stayed for 2 days. Basically location is very nice surrounded by hills and greenery. Clean rooms maintained. Very testy food quality was well maintained. All staff is very co-operative and helpful, We have Enjoyed Camp fire, Boating / Kayaking etc. Pin point for next Visit in Rainy and Winter season.

Location is very good. Beautiful views. Food was okay. Rooms are small. Wifi unreliable. Power cuts are quite frequent. There are much better places to stay nearby offering good packages. Owner of the place wasn't very co-operative in upgrading room although entire resort was empty. No camp fire too.

Nice place to stay with the family. A calm and natural place to visit. We can enjoy the Koyna river view from here.recommended to everyone.
