Blu Water Resort Malshej

I visited Blu Water Resort in Malshej last weekend for a short getaway with family, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The location is fantastic--nestled amidst nature with serene views of the hills and greenery all around. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with basic amenities provided. The staff was polite and supportive throughout our stay. The food was tasty, though options were a bit limited. The swimming pool and play area added to the experience, especially for kids. Only suggestion: quicker room service and better mobile network coverage inside the rooms. Definitely a great place for a peaceful weekend. Would recommend for families and groups.

My friend recommended me about the resort. I was very surprised about the management of the resort, Starting from the Gate the staff welcome me in a very professional way. The rooms so well mentain with proper hygiene. Kudos to team house keeping for maintaining their areas properly. The service is also fast with best quality food they served. A very highly recommended resort in the entire Malshej.

Fantastic Experience at Blu Water Resort! Our stay at Blu Water Resort was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were treated with top-notch service across the board. The hospitality was truly impressive and made our trip memorable. A huge shoutout to the incredible staff--Yogesh, Pramod, Alden, Machindra, and Shubham--who went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Each one of them was attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. Whether it was the cleanliness of the rooms, the delicious food, or the prompt service, everything was on point. Highly recommend Blu Water Resort for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with exceptional service. We'll definitely be back!

Fantastic location, heart taking view from every corner of the resort. The best part is the resort is situated 100% with pure green nature. All staff are well trained and well behaved. Special mention food is very tasty, along with super fast room services, Keep it up team Blu we will come back this july.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the service was good and the food was absolutely delicious--definitely one of the highlights of our stay. However, the management was extremely poor, to the point of being disappointing. The rooms were quite small, especially considering the price (around 5000 per night). You can easily find better and more spacious rooms in nearby hotels at the same or even lower rates. The biggest issue I faced was regarding the billing. After checkout, the hotel did not provide any invoice or bill. When asked, they simply said they don't have a system for it or asked for 2-3 days to issue a bill. This is highly unprofessional and raises questions about transparency. Overall, while the staff and food made the experience somewhat pleasant, the poor management and billing issues completely overshadowed it. I would not recommend this place, especially if you're looking for value for money and proper documentation for your expenses.

Good experience, even in soaring heat of april, using water sprinklers and sun shades property was comfortable to travel with 5 month old baby. Stay: rooms are spacious and clean along with awesome view. Food: wide options in both veg and non veg. Mr. Alden (heading reasturant division) extremely courteous and taking care of needs of each guest himself. Ambience: Over deck reasturant, Infinity pool and Huge garden and awesome view of Lake and Mountains. Only point of improvement: 1. Swimming pool is way too small, atleast 3x size is needed for 16 rooms full occupancy. Kudos to blu water resort team!

Best experience ! The manager Alden is very kind .the staff is responsible . Location is top notch ...with a beautiful view of the dam. Swimming pools are kept clean designed with a separate kids and adults section. Rooms are clean ...basic amenities are given. Food is the best they serve u hot and delicious food in no time .. Amazing resort ...must visit !!!

Excellent! Heartfelt service. Good Food. Location is just mesmerizing. It's a boutique resort with just 16 rooms, but I guess that's a beauty of it. We even enjoyed pool side spa services. Pool is small but clean. They even serve food to your rooms or at the lawn at no extra charges. Overall, we loved our weekend stay at blue water resort.
