The establishment is more akin to a lodge than a standard hotel, and the overall service quality is subpar. The food served is of poor quality, with excessive use of artificial colors and red chili powder, which raises concerns about food safety and authenticity. The kitchen hygiene is notably inadequate, which is a significant drawback. All staff are unprofessional. While the rooms are reasonably acceptable, the quality of the linen is below standard, detracting from the overall guest experience. Additionally, the lack of attention to basic cleanliness and service standards undermines the comfort and satisfaction one would expect from a hotel. Improvements in these areas are essential to meet guests expectations and ensure a pleasant stay.

Property is at good Location and spacious rooms, there is plenty of room to improve service and food quality, also it's expensive

The hotel presents an inviting atmosphere, superb interior design, and offers a luxurious experience at a reasonable price. The owner and manager extend their warm welcome to you as if you were family.

Its a business hotel in Mauda. Located at Nagpur, Maharashtra. Restaurant are good, and food are delicious. Bar are nice and staff are cooperative. There are three restaurant. Indian, Chinese, south food are delicious. It is surrounded with peaceful atmosphere and beautiful monument.

Rooms are average. The food was not tasty. Only potatoes served in crispy veg. Fried rice with lot of Indian chilly spices with corn. Staff specialy at reception is hopeless guy.

Very ridiculous experience I got here This property owner didn't even having Money to pay the salary of staff also. I was requesting to owner for salary he didn't even have intention of to pay the salary just refusing to pay. He didn't even have a manners to talk with staff. It's a warning to all new staff who trying to join this property please take care and remember this msg

Hotel is made like 3 star property, but is Service is not like 3 star.. Need to improve All department, Specialy staff & grooming and their dress. As they were worrking witthout shaving in beard. And Need to included Housekeeping amenities, and housekeeping more training, No availability of professinal Housekeeping chemicals, and cleaning equipment like scrubing machine or Vacuum machine.... All steward & Room boy need to shaving. And trained well. Only Captain Mirinda was well disciplined in manner with well grooming with proper dress. Kitchen chef were in no their chef dress on no cap in their heads.
