Banana Leaf Restaurant is located on Golden Nest Road Bhayandar. It's a typical South Indian restaurant. Pure veg restaurant. They have a vast menu of south indian dishes. We tried an idli platter, and the quantity was very good. We can enjoy a variety of Chutany. Waiting time in restaurants is minimal. Open parking available. The cost is a bit higher for South Indian food. Management to be improved It's a family in a restaurant. Overall recommend Must visit

All South Indian delicacy is good here, specially the Kerala items, Thatte idali and butter garlic idali is must try in dosa go for benne and Kerala masala dosa, don't try biryani or Chinese or tandoori here because it's not their speciality, have their Speciality items only, Filter coffee, pineapple Sheera, Dosa, idali chilli, Mini idali fry, Dahi Idali chat, neer dosa are some of the must try dishes

The food was delicious... ambiance is also great... little congested sitting...plus if you are 6+ members then you need to wait longer on a weekend. We had to wait approx 45 min for lunch despite the fact that we had reserved the table on Swiggy. They said there is no concept of reservation...it is on a first come first basis.

Visited this place a few weeks ago try some authentic South Indian dishes and needless to say I was not disappointed. We started off by ordering Thatte idli, it was soft, fully and loaded with ghee and podi. Next up, we tried their Benne dosa which was super delicious. It was perfectly crispy and thick at the same time. The white butter on top and podi on the inside added to the taste. Also had their Thali with several dishes, rice and paratha. Some curries were good, the paratha was chewy and soft. Lastly, we tried their Pineapple sheera which was scrumptious. The service was quick and the staff super friendly. Also, their chutneys were mind boggling. 10/10 recommend this place.

My Google Review # 000431 Banana Lead in Bhayander! Are you serious? So, Bhayander gets elvated to another level, right? The chain has opened its outlet in Bhayander, so now, their loyal customers do not have to drive their lazy bums upto Borivali in the harrowing Mumbai traffic. The ambience is just as you find it in Juhu and Borivali outlets. The fragrance was missing though. The dishes were superb and tasted surely AUTHEHTNIC SOUTH INDIAN. We went for BANANA LEAF THALI and IDIYAPPAM The THALI had suran-chana sabji, rasam, bise-balle bhath, fried red mirchi and appam to go with all this. The IDDIYAPPAM was served with curry. The spices tasted just right for your palette. We later washed all this down with awesome filter coffee. Feedback - Filter coffee was not hot, only warm. The service staff - except for the main guy - was a bit off! Probably it is the typical crowd that the management has hired from. The gent's toilet was still under construction as you could see stained glasses and un-finished false ceiling too. The bill was served in a folder, without their famous paan. I asked for it later and got it too. Valet parking available, so no worries for parking your car. All payment options accepted here - Credit Cards, Debit cards, cash & UPI. Food is amazing. However, their furniture is very old and dirty . They put fingers in the bowls while serving . Spoons they touch with hand . Not to talk about ladies washroom . Disgusting pathetic dirty washroom . Pls don't use the washroom. It is third class feeling . All the best . Just close your eyes and eat the yummy food . If you are looking for class then don't go. Linking road branch is cleaner then Mira Road .
