Global Chulha

While the ambience has been well kept but the service, quality is pathetic! My first visit and I had a terrible experience at Global Chulha. My husband ordered a beer and a chicken starter and I ordered soup. The service was super slow the waiter took almost 5 minutes to come to our table with the menu card. While we decided on the appetizers my husband ordered a beer and it was absolutely flat. We informed the waiter about it, he brought a straw and stirred it and informed us that it was fine. We informed him to call the manager to taste it and he was like I don't drink but he could confirm that the beer was not flat !! And wasn't ready to accept the fact. The appetizers were quite late too. We were irritated due to this type of service and asked to get a cheque/bill as we didn't want to wait there for a single minute however after a few arguments our appetizers came in. We didn't bother to order our main course and left the restaurant by settling our bill...WORST EXPERIENCE, WONT VISIT AGAIN!!

Panny, an unbiased reviewer. Taste - Very very good. Service - Exceptional. Ambience - decently good. Price - 400rs per person for dinner approximately. Apart from less selection of items available, everything else was really great, the seat availability, distance between tables, AC, food quality and quantity, staff friendliness and hygeinic restroom. Overall a pretty great experience. Will recommend for sure.

The worst place that offers no home delivery and when you visit the place it's full of drunkards and the service is pathetic. The place is Misleading too once you enter in Global Chula and if you are single you are asked to sit in a different section to eat (to eat ) So you mean the different section is not owned by Global chulla damn this place is shady too. I am sure the ones visiting this place can find this out too...

No doubt about the ambiance but the food and the service was also wonderfully amazing. It's located in Miraroad near hdfc bank . I enjoyed having dinner with my family at Global Chulha. Will surely visit soon. Thankyou

Excellent food , chill ambience, excellent service, worth visiting, a five star experience

We visited Global Chulha yesterday, guided by Google Maps, but unfortunately, the location shown was incorrect. The ambiance was okay, not as impressive as expected from the restaurant's name. However, the staff was very polite, welcoming, and attentive, which we appreciated. We ordered Masala Papad, Veg Crispy, and Biryani. The Veg Crispy was tasty but quite oily, and quality-wise, it was just average. The Biryani, sadly, did not meet expectations and tasted more like a basic Veg Pulao. Overall, our experience was mixed, and based on this visit, I would not recommend the restaurant. Improvements in food quality and attention to detail could enhance the dining experience.

Butter chicken is too sweet ..food quality is poor.. Naans r too hard.. I won't recommend this crap restaurant to anyone.. Total wastage of money

They literally told us we can't use the restaurant area as we were 4 gents whereas that's the same place where we had food 2 days back and we were using the same table and area. The rules and regulations that they apply change everyday. It is a shame for such a restaurant to ask regular people to get up from the table.
