The first thing you notice upon entering is the atmosphere, which is far from welcoming. The place feels dull, and the overall cleanliness and ambiance leave a lot to be desired. If you are looking for a comfortable and pleasant dining experience, this might not be the best choice. The lack of proper maintenance makes it feel uninviting, which takes away from the enjoyment of the meal. The service is another major drawback. The waiters are extremely slow, and it often feels like they are not attentive to customers. Even placing a simple order can take a long time, and getting their attention for anything extra--whether it's water, cutlery, or an additional order--feels like a task. The poor service can test your patience, especially if you are in a hurry or expecting a smooth dining experience. However, the one saving grace of Namaskar Restaurant is the food. Despite the poor atmosphere and service, the food is actually quite good. The flavors are well-balanced, and the dishes are prepared with a decent level of expertise. If you can look past the negatives, the food might still make the visit somewhat worthwhile. Overall, while the food is commendable, the poor atmosphere and slow service make it difficult to truly enjoy the meal. If they improve their service and ambiance, it could be a much better dining spot.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The Mutton Rogan Josh was subpar; it felt like they used leftover mutton, which significantly affected the flavor and overall quality of the dish. Furthermore, the Chicken Tikka Dum Biryani was not what I expected--it tasted more like chicken fried rice with a few pieces of tikka thrown on top, lacking the depth and authenticity typically associated with biryani. Additionally, the service left much to be desired. The staff member taking our order seemed disinterested and unhelpful, making the whole experience even less enjoyable. Overall, my Sunday outing was quite disappointing due to the poor food quality and service. I would recommend considering other options for dining in or takeaway, as this place did not meet expectations.

It's a family bar and restaurant. Fully AC seating arrangement available. Loud music can be enjoyed in the background. If you are looking for a quiet place then you should think twice. Cozy and nice ambience for family and couples as well. Street side parking is available for cars and bikes. I had ordered paneer crispy, paneer gravy, butter roti, laccha paratha and paneer pulao. Paneer crispy was very tasty, I would say outstanding. Paneer gravy was ordinary and laccha paratha was disappointing. Roti and paratha were very stiff. Paneer pulao was more on the sweeter side. I would not recommend ordering paneer pulao to anyone. Overall all okay okay considering the food taste. I have not tried anything in the Non-vegetarian item so no comment on it.

This slight oversight in variety affected the overall experience, as a range of gravies could have added more depth to the meal. Additionally, the solkadhi, a staple in many seafood restaurants, did not meet the usual standards. The taste was not quite up to the mark, lacking the refreshing and tangy flavor that is typically expected. Despite these minor issues, the restaurant excels in creating a pleasant dining atmosphere. The service was attentive and courteous, contributing positively to the dining experience. The setting was inviting and well-maintained, making it a comfortable place to enjoy a meal.

Absolutely pathetic experience, never visiting again. This restaurant is a complete disaster in the name of hospitality. They claim to specialize in seafood, but what we were served was anything but fresh. The fish had a stale smell, the taste was bland and disappointing -- definitely not fresh or well-cooked. A big letdown for a so-called seafood-specialty place. The service was terribly slow and mismanaged. There were around 14-15 tables occupied, and just two waiters to handle everything. It took ages to get basic things. I had to ask three times just to get a spoon, and when I finally did, the waiter laughed casually, showing absolutely no professionalism or training. What was even more shocking was the attitude of the manager/owner. Despite multiple guests visibly unhappy with the service and food, he acted like nothing was wrong. Completely careless. This place is all talk and zero standards. Worst restaurant experience I've had to date. Strongly suggest you avoid this place if you value your time, money, and basic courtesy.

This place serves the best sea food. I had tried pomfret tawa fry, prawns koliwada and surmai curry. The size of the surmai piece was damn huge and it was fresh and delicious. pomfret tawa fry was also good in taste. prawns koliwada was ok in taste. The ambience and staff were nice. Overall I had an amazing experience.
