HOTEL SHAHI ZAYKA

The restaurant is really good and the ambiance is good too. The food is really really tasty but the service is worst .There is only single waiter to take orders for everyone. Tip: If you have a lot of time to spend then this is the place for you. If you value your time don't visit this place. I know to make a good dish the chef takes time.

The mocktail's bottles were not neatly sealed and the The parcel packet was filled with the drink and the shawarma was fully soaked with the drink, the hotel person said the hotel wasn't responsible for it, and the rider/ delivery guy was responsible and would not give a refund ; the drink bottle was empty, everything spilled on ground and the shawarma was not eatable

Have ordered mocktail and milk shake but u gave received empty container. Plz do not order anything from this hotel through zomato. Hotel packing was not up to the mark. Now fighting with zomato

Tonight we dined here pathetic food, uncooked chicken, mutton fry we ordered that was just garlic crushed mashed mutton piece, biryani is not biryani any more just jeera rice with chickens uncooked pieces, Don't go for this restaurant it's waste of money, And mostly important unhygenic place

Had to find a place, no quick response to take the order. At the time to take the order the Captain was like we have no soups available, no starters available, no Chinese items available. We were surprised to see captain insisting only on Tandoori items and items of their choice. We thought about going to some other restaurant , immediately the captain took the menu card off from our table and was like Bye bye.. pathetic attitude of the staff person. Won't suggest anyone to visit this Hotel to take the hospitality attitude.

Worst experience today was a special so had placed an order and turned the order wasn't packed correctly whole milshakes and mojitos got spilled and also had to clean the floor , never going to order again

I often order chicken dum biryani from here but today the biryani they ordered seems like chicken masala put on the plain rice nd delivered. First time It doesn't worth.
