Unprofessional behaviour by "sauli ghadi" and manager "varsha khot" Rude Staff & Terrible Service Had an awful experience at this McDonald's. The staff, especially "Sauli Ghadi" , was extremely rude and unprofessional. Even worse, the manager "Varsha Khot" did nothing to resolve the issue and behaved just as badly. Shocking lack of customer service. Definitely not coming back.
I ordered mcspicy deluxe burger by 12.30 am take away and they gave me mcspicy. I immediately called up the person stating you gave me the wrong one... Person Saying adjust karo abi store band hone ka time... Just check who the hell was in store at this time.... Whether they would accept if any mistake in our side how could they easy ask customer to bare the losss.. ADJUST!!!! I paid the higher amt for what I need and simply saying rider nahi hai store close hoga 10 mints... Doesn't so much high repudiated Mc Donald concerns Abt customer satisfaction... Did not expect such a mess and unprofessional act from such a big firm..

We ordered for 3 Burgers, in 2 burgers there was no base part of the bun, later the same burgers were served with the base bun. Astonished to see the team had no courtesy to apologise for the major error. It seems your team is not adhering to SOP , hope they will go to the root cause of the error.
Very bad house keeping behind the MacDonald area. Several time lodge complaints but no response.
Ambience is good and service is excellent but ac was not working properly so management should look into this and take corrective actions.
Mcd is always a happy place to eat & enjoy. Recently I had Grilled Paneer Burger, Cheese corn Burger and all time fvrt Coke float.
Our patient mrs indubai Gajre was admitted in aditya nursing home. Our patient was given nice Care by nursing staff,All doctors,we are thankful to dr Vijay chile sir as he guided us for Diabetics and Heart issue. Thank you
