Hi All, Sharing my honest review. Don't get trapped by Rs 250 unlimited in lunch. If you can't eat anything or even if a single item is left. They will charge you Rs 100 per plate. It's their business tactic. No where inside the restaurant is it mentioned about this charge. So the plate is Rs 350. When I spoke to the owner he said it's his business tactic, if we want to visit the restaurant we have to follow his tactic. When asked the waiter what you do with leftover food he didn't wish to answer and one waiter from the background said we would keep it. So this means leftover food is served to others. Guys think again before visiting

Disappointing Experience at Pizza Zone, Bhayander Visited Pizza Zone in Bhayander and had a terrible experience. The food was completely tasteless and not worth the price. Service was equally bad - the waiters were rude and unhelpful. When we asked how the buffet works and what items were available, the response was, "Samne hai sir, dekh lijiye" - very unprofessional. The owner was just staring and made no effort to offer any assistance. There was absolutely no sense of hospitality. If you value your time and tastebuds, I'd recommend skipping this place. Management seriously needs to bring in trained staff, and maybe consider hiring someone who actually knows how to communicate politely - a professional manager might do a better job.
